Too small. Returned it.

I was having some pretty serious neck pain in my T1, and one of the therapists I saw suggested I might consider a neck brace to give it some extra support while it healed. I wasn't sure if it would really be useful - and if so, how long I'd need it - so I didn't want to spend a lot on something fancy. But I also didn't want to get stuck with something uncomfortable. I decided to give this one a try first, and I was pleasantly surprised. It doesn't seem like much at first - just a basic piece of foam wrapped in a soft cover with some velcro - but it did the trick. I wore it while I was working at my desk, and then again overnight for a couple of nights. It was more comfortable than I expected, and I didn't have any problems sleeping.I can understand why other reviewers commented about the sizing. The velcro gives you some flexibility, but not a lot. Fortunately, the large size worked *perfectly* for me. But I doubt it would work at all for my wife, who's nearly a foot shorter than I am. If you wind up with something too small or too large, you'll get something too uncomfortable to wear and not supportive enough.

Too stiff, you get what you pay for.
