Coppenrath Advent Calendar 'Nordic Christmas' Traditional 24.5 x 35 cm

I'm a fan of traditional advent calendars, the type we had as kids before chocolate took over the world. This one is nice and sturdy (some use very thin cardboard so flop around), the artwork is not cheesy, and, crucially, the pictures behind the windows match the scene on the front. If you're playing the traditional guess-what's-behind-each-window game (the winter nights fly past in our household) it's good to have a clue from the surroundings. A lovely calendar all round.

The best advent calendar I’ve ever had, and I’ve pretty much had one every year for 50 years! I love how the pictures behind the doors are an integrated part of the main illustration. And I love all the animals.
