It's pretty great. It has the same sweet and spicy ...
I've searched long and hard for an organic, non-gmo Huy Fong Sriracha replacement- this is as close as it gets flavor-wise. It's pretty great. It has the same sweet and spicy features. I deduct 1 star for the price- it's $4.99 at Whole Foods.

Be swift, get you some of that kickass sauce (see what I did there?)
Be aware this sauce will transform you in a Ninja - the Squirrel part is only for show, to my disappointment, I really wanted to be able to hop a round while having a fluffy tail! The hot sauce is delicious and works well with pretty much anything that needs spicing up, but my preference is with Asian dishes or chicken. No GMOs, makes it even more enjoyable (a Ninja, should only put good thing in its body).

Ninja Squirrel Siracha is Da Bomb delicious ...!!!
This stuff is Da Bomb!Discovered Ninja Squirrel Siracha Hot Sauce in the personal kitchen of a well known New Orleans chef. Delicious. Not as hot as straight siracha, lots of flavor, delicious. When we mentioned hot sauces, Chef talked a lot about the difference between "hot" and "spicy".This is spicy (flavorful), not just hot (burning, painful heat).Delicious stuff. Great on Cajun, Creole, rice, meat - just about anything. One of my new favorites in my hot sauce collection...
