HORRIBLE! I did everything the instructions said to do, and it didn't work! It wouldn't dispense the soap... I'm not sure if the sensor is messed up or the hole the the soap is suppose to come through.

The adhesive failed twice, the second time breaking the dispenser.

The touchless IR sensor is quick to respond and accurate, dispensing foam reliably without false triggers. You have five adjustable speed/foam volume settings, allowing you to dial in just the right amount of soap for hands, dishes, or even light cleaning tasks. The foam itself is consistently smooth and well-mixed, and the unit handles a variety of standard liquid soaps when pre-diluted to foam-friendly consistency. Just be sure to follow the dilution guidance for best results—thicker soaps or gels can clog if used straight. Battery life is excellent. Running on long-life batteries, I’ve gone over 60+ days of regular use without replacement. The LED clock and sensor electronics don’t seem to draw much power, and the auto-off features help extend longevity. Refills and cleaning are simple: open the top, add the diluted soap, and wipe any drips from the nozzle. Overall, this automatic dispenser hits the sweet spot between convenience, performance, and value. It’s not overloaded with gimmicks, but the adjustable foam output, touchless operation, long battery life and solid build make it a handy upgrade over basic manual soap pumps. Recommended for anyone looking to add touchless hygiene to a kitchen, bath or high-traffic area.

This is perhaps the best soap dispenser I have seen or used. It is very versatile. It works for hand soap, dish soap, or any other type of soap that comes in liquid form. INSTALLATION: To start, it’s is very easy to install on the wall. No drilling required. It comes with 3 adhesive mounts that easily tape to the drywall or tile. In my case, I installed it by the kitchen sink on the tile backsplash. The dispenser slides right on it til it’s secured. The purpose of this system is so that you can easily slide the dispenser off to charge it whenever it needs to be recharged. So far I have not have the need to recharge it since I got it. The battery lasts a long time. TYPE OF SOAP: The manufacturer mentions that this version of the foam soap dispenser does not work with thin cleaning soap. It works with thicker liquid soaps such as dish soap, thick hand soap, shampoo, body wash, detergent, laundry detergent type of consistency. It needs to be diluted with 3-5 times the water before poured into the machine reservoir. Example, if you use 2 oz of dish soap, you should dilute it with 6 to 10 oz of water. I diluted mine on a 1:3 ratio (1oz soap, 3oz water). The soap comes out foamy and strong enough to clean the dishes. **(Note: the cleaning liquid with particles cannot be diluted to use)** SETUP: The package comes with a booklet with instructions on how to set the clock and the amount of foam you want to dispense. You can set the amount of soap to be dispensed based from 5 different settings. I think for my use, setting #3 is my preferred setting, not too little, not too much. Lol. It also has a little light inside that lights up whenever you activate the dispense so you can see how much you have left through the view window. USE: If you have ever used an automatic soap or hand sanitizer dispenser, you already know how to use this soap dispenser. All you need to do is place your hand or sponge underneath the sensor and presto! The foam is dispensed. VALUE: I can already tell this soap / foam dispenser is very affordable and is worth getting it. It will pay itself off over time by saving you in use and misuse of soap. I noticed I go through a lot of dish soap because every time I pump the dish soap from the old pump dispenser, a lot of soap comes out. Now, instead of wasted soap, I get a smaller amount of soap already diluted and turned into foam. LOOKS: Oh, I added pictures of it, you can tell it looks sleek, durable, and super cute next to my sink. Package comes with the foam dispenser, charging cable, 3 wall mounts, and a small funnel. This automatic soap dispenser looks very sleek and works flawlessly. I like foaming soap and was looking for an automatic soap dispenser for the kitchen, when I saw this one and really liked the design. I didn’t look at the dimensions and was surprised at how big it was when it arrived. At roughly 4.5x5x3.5 inches (w/h/d), it is slightly wider and deeper than what I had expected. The advantage is that it holds more soap, but it doesn’t work quite as well for the spot I had initially in mind. The instructions for this soap dispenser are quite good, and it gives you the water/soap dilution ratio that works for this dispenser. I found that it is best to use soap that creates a nice lather, but low-lather or oily soaps will not foam well. Since it is USB chargeable, there are no worries about having batteries handy, and so far, I have not needed to recharge it. A nice though is the built in clock function, and for me, the best feature is that I can set the soap amount dispensed. When it comes to the installation, that should be easy when you have the right surface. From my experience, the sticker used to mount it to the wall will last for a while, but should not be used on painted surfaces. Since the dispenser is just a hair too wide for the tiled surface, I wanted it for, I am still trying to find the perfect mounting spot that will not ruin any painted surface.
