We had a temporary canopy style carport that we used to keep lumber dry while our covered deck was being worked on. I may use for clothesline between posts , or to keep tension in our trellis for the blackberries and grapes. These are higher quality than the ones I had before. The turnbuckles turn freely and have lock nuts. The threads are clean and uniform with some play, but not excessive. The parts are clean and free of debris or excessive oil. AT $1 apieces these seem like a good deal since sometimes just a single stainless bolt can cost that much!
