Little upset
I was too expected before I got the product, but when I received it I was too shocked about the screw set, the screw is too tight and can't able to open and unable to fix it. With that screw I had adjusted the rack but the rack is blended when I kept the things....too upset of the screw set other than that rack is cute and compact..

Incomplete delivery and no replacement
When I opened the package one leg was missing so I lodged a request to send me a replacement. I was not at home when the replacement was sent. My father wanted to check the replacement to make sure all parts were there but the delivery guy refused - and left without handing over the replacement. And then I received a notification that there was an issue with the delivery and my order will be cancelled and refund issued! Pathetic!
