Patch stays on well and finally has the strength to keep me from smoking. I have no side effects with these and for that price tag I expect nothing less. Previously tried off brand and it was a huge mistake that didn't help me. Too damn expensive but the company knows they have us over a barrel.

Have stopped me smoking for the last 15 years, albeit still addicted to nicotine, but this is far cheaper and safer. I cut 21mg into 4 and use a quarter a day, very cheap and keep the moods at bay.

These are brilliant and stick to the skin perfect unlike the other brand. Highly recommended.

I found these patches exceptional as they helped me quit very very quickly. My cravings I found disappeared very shortly I.e. a couple of days into using the patches. They are easy to apply and do tend to stick well if applied to dry skin. Couple of tips based on my own experiences to help others would be don't wear overnight or you will probably experience horrible dreams - remember you don't smoke in your sleep anyway! I used them overnight for the first few days to help get over that craving for a cig in the morning but regretted it with horrible dreams which stopped as soon as I removed them before going to bed. Second one is to follow the instructions of placing the patch on different areas every single time. I swapped my upper arm daily but then noticed red patches because of repetitive use although I was swapping daily so had to get creative and use my shoulders etc which resolved the issue. Last but not least if you have a morning shower etc make sure you are full dried and have let your skin breathe for a while before applying or the patch will not take fully. Other than that price wise versus a a weeks worth of cigarettes it's a bargain! Go for it.

Do they work? Yes. I was questioning whether they actually worked or not. I got to say 6, without smoking. Day six, I forgot to put a patch on. I was irritated and angry and caved with the smoking. After I realised I hadn’t actually put a patch on, so yes they do work, for me anyway. I find putting them on my hip is best as sometimes when they’re on your arm, they can give you a dead arm. They’re extremely sticky, pros and cons to this. It’s great they don’t come off in the bath/shower but when you do go and take them off, it’s quite painful. They can be quite itchy if you’re new to use them, but when you’re used to them the itching I should go. I think they are quite expensive, but if you’re trying to give up smoking/ vaping, these are exactly what you need.
