Installation bhi easy tha aur mobile app se connect karna bhi simple raha. Motion detection aur two-way audio bhi sahi tarah kaam karte hain. Day aur night dono time performance achhi mili. Bas ek hi problem lagi ki microSD memory card ki prices aajkal bahut zyada badh gayi hain, is wajah se storage setup thoda mehenga padta hai. Agar memory card thode affordable hote to aur bhi achha rehta. Overall, product ki quality aur performance se main bahut khush hoon. Ghar ya office security ke liye ek achha option hai. I bought the CP Plus CP-E45Q (4MP Quad HD, 360° Pan & Tilt) and it arrived with a defective microphone. Audio from the camera's end is so faint it's effectively unusable — I could barely make out anything through the app. That makes the advertised "View & Talk" two-way audio a non-feature on my unit. I've used TP-Link cameras before and their mic arrays are excellent; at a comparable price, this isn't close. What followed was worse than the defect itself. Reaching support: Getting through to the CP Plus support number took multiple attempts over several days. I spent more time redialling than this camera is worth. The portal: Support directed me to log a complaint on their "IntelliServe" platform. It's broken — the final step of registration failed repeatedly with a generic "Something went wrong" error. I'm a software developer by profession and it still took me 2–3 days to get a complaint registered. For a non-technical buyer, this is a dead end. The commitment: The agent explicitly told me to ship the camera to the service centre and that a replacement would be sent back. I shipped it on that basis. It reached the Nehru Place, Delhi service centre in about two days. What actually happened: The next day the service centre called asking me to collect the camera — no explanation of the fault, no mention of what was done. When I asked, I was told the issue had been "fixed." I pointed out I was promised a replacement and asked them to ship it back. Two to three days later the same unit arrived, in identical condition. The microphone still doesn't work. Bottom line: A headline feature failed on arrival, the promised replacement never materialised, and every layer of CP Plus's support — helpline, IntelliServe portal, and service centre — failed independently. The pan-tilt and night vision hardware are beside the point when audio is dead and there's no working path to a remedy. Buy something with a support process that actually functions.

​Trueview 4G Solar Camera is Excellent, Avoid CP Plus Wi-Fi Camera! ​I am sharing this based on my personal experience. I installed a Trueview 4G Solar Camera at my house construction site. Even without cloud storage and using only an SD card, it sends accurate motion alerts, and I can seamlessly play the recorded videos. Highly reliable and worth buying! ​On the other hand, the CP Plus Wi-Fi Camera I bought for my home is a total disappointment. It worked fine for the first week, but now it has severe network issues and frequently goes 'Offline'. Even after reconnecting, it keeps disconnecting. ​Verdict: Go for Trueview without any second thoughts. Avoid CP Plus Wi-Fi cameras!
