I highly recommend this acetate paper. The large amount included offers great value for the money and its excellent thickness provides the sturdiness needed to use it as an extender above a cake pan rim. It's extremely easy to use: simply cut the required length from the roll. This makes it perfect for chocolate work, forming a cake collar, or general cake work. I'll definitely purchase this again.

This acetate is pretty firm so it stays fairly curly at first--something to be aware of if you're cutting squares for things to go on top of, rather than using it to enclose cakes. It does stand up well.

This is a long roll of cake collars that you can cut to fit as you need. It is great for helping stack your cake and ensuring it's straight and neat. It's a long roll so there is a lot of product here, and it is something that you can wash and reuse too in my opinion. For me, it's what I was looking for to help me in decorating my cakes.
