I recently purchased and installed this Hiseeu wireless PTZ security camera, and I have been extremely impressed with it so far. The image quality is fantastic — honestly much better than I even expected for the price. The resolution is crystal clear and easily captures everything happening in my backyard both during the day and at night. One feature I really love is the motion detection. The camera is incredibly sensitive and detects even the slightest movement. It picks up everything from feral cats and possums wandering through the yard to people walking nearby. The auto alerts and tracking work very well and give great peace of mind. The two-way audio is also surprisingly useful. I can easily communicate with my family through the camera while staying inside the house. For example, when my kids are outside in the backyard and it’s time for lunch, I can simply use the camera audio to call them inside instead of having to walk out there. Setup was simple and straightforward. It connected quickly to my Hiseeu DVR system, and since it’s wireless, installation was much easier than expected. The dome design also looks excellent and professional — it really gives the appearance of a high-end security system. I especially like the antenna placement design because it stays clear of the ceiling and doesn’t get obstructed. Another huge advantage is the mobile app access. Even when I’m away from home, I can open the app and instantly view my backyard from anywhere. That remote access feature has been incredibly convenient. Overall, this camera exceeded my expectations. Great picture quality, reliable motion detection, easy setup, useful two-way audio, and excellent remote viewing capabilities. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to expand or improve their home security setup.

Not sure how this company keeps doing it but this little camera is AWESOME, connected easily to my system I purchased from them years ago and is 5 megapixel. Picture is crystal clear sorry photo is of my monitor with my phone camera. I would not hesitate to purchase from this company/seller. Any issues I have had they address with a solution in a timely manner and I am completely satisfied. Their system I purchased allows up to 16 cameras so it is great because trust me you will find other areas you want to add to be able to remove blind spots or even just have some inside the house when you are away. I plugged up power and hooked it up to network cable that comes out the NVR went to add camera...SIMPLE it found it right away. Works as a stand alone(memory card) or NVR hard drive

I regret purchasing this camera, I have followed all possible introduction to correct my camera from returning all the way to the right it never returns to the preset home position

I have been using Hiseeu security cameras for many years, and this camera is one of the best they have made. The picture is very clear, and videos are in high resolution. I will buy more of this.

This 5MP PTZ Wireless Security Camera is something I have been looking for to round out my camera setup. I don’t know if they just forgot to include the accessories in my box, but my camera didn’t include a power supply or other accessories. The camera didn’t want to power up when I first tried to power it up. I am not sure what was going on there, but it eventually powered up and let me configure it. There are two features about this camera that I really appreciate. First, the camera comes with a mounting plate to simplify installation. Secondly, the micro-SD card slot is inside the dome. That helps to protect the card and internals of the camera from the weather. One thing that I did notice is that the camera generates a bit of heat when power up. That makes me wonder about longevity in a hot outside environment. Only time will tell on that count. The camera has a heavy-duty housing and dome. The camera, supporting frame, and gears are all plastic. With everything considered, I would give this 4 stars.

I've replaced my current PTZ camera that used the CAMHIPRO app with this and am very happy with it. 1) The EseeCloud app it used did not have a limit of 15 seconds for captured video clips like the ones from CAMHIPRO. 2) It's much easier to install Hiseeu cameras into the EseeCloud app ecosystem than CAMHIPRO as it can also use the Google login/password. 3) The camera presets of the EseeCloud app is also much better than that of the CAMHIPRO with actual snapshots of the camera position instead of numbers. 4) Hiseeu technical support was very responsive. I'm in the process of abandoning all my cameras in the CAMHIPRO ecosystem and buy only Hiseeu cameras from now on.

JUNK, COMPLETE AND TOTAL GARBAGE! This camera doesn't support any features, not onvif, not RTSP. You can't even set a password for the camera. That means anyone who scans the QR code can add the camera to their account we without you knowing. Dont wasn't your time with this POS!
