Kotex Ultra Thin Overnight Pads with Wings, Extra Heavy Absorbency, 34 Count (Packaging May Vary)

I've always been Stayfree brand loyal but I decided to try Kotex because stayfree is transitioning to carefree. Omg, these Kotex pads are so awesome! They have full coverage, they do not budge and are comfortable to wear. My only complaint is that I wish the top part was a little wider. Other than that, it's now my go-to pad for heavy periods. Don't hesitate to buy it!

This is the holy grail for heavy bleeders. The coverage is amazing, and they lasted me well throughout the night. The only thing Id complain about is the side flaps being a little too small, but I only had a spill twice out of the months I’ve been using these (im a side sleeper so Ive always have issues there), but compared to other overnight pad brands that are just slightly longer, having the extra length and width at the back saved me when laying on my back. They’re also thin, so you dont have the issue of feeling like youre sleeping in a diaper when compared to other brands.

I love buying bulk! It's extremely hard to find pads in my local stores. These Kotex are comfy and the price is reasonable.

I absolutely love these!. Where were they when I was a teenager? Lol they work great to stop leaks that obviously go towards your backside when you sleep. These cover your backside because they have a wider surface than a regular overnight pad.

I used to use the previous ones, (overnights) with the charcoal, and preferred them. I recently ran out and got these. They are thicker, but still “thin” in my opinion. And not uncomfortable. The way they are designed now, really prevents against leaks.

I’ve tried a lot of overnight pads, and these are one of my favorites. They’re thin enough to stay comfortable while sleeping but still provide excellent leak protection throughout the night. The wings keep the pad securely in place, and I don’t wake up worrying about shifting or leaks. They’re also soft, breathable, and don’t feel bulky at all. Overall, they’re reliable, comfortable, and definitely a product I’ll continue buying.

For the past few years, I have always resorted to the Always Maxi Overnight Pads because of my heavy flow, and I would still bleed through these from time to time. However, I just noticed last year that the Always pads would cause me irritation, such as itching and small rashes in my private area. I saw these Kotex pads on TikTok and decided to give them a try, and I am very pleased with how my cycle turned out this month. I did not have any irritation, nor was my flow as heavy as it would usually be. I was even able to work a 12 hr shift and not bleed through my khaki-colored scrubs at all while using these pads! I will definitely be purchasing this brand for now on.

Toooo long and big but still good for the night time

I was nervous about Kotex changing these pads, as so many other pads have changed so they no longer work for my heavy flow, leaving me only these. I hate when companies "fix" something that isn't broke. Despite this, they're still as long as they were before, the wings hold well, and they absorb well. They're a little thicker than before, but this doesn't bother me at all, as long as they work.
