This reversible iron griddle is a very heavy, solid piece that offers a great fit for our grill. It’s easy to use and perfect for cooking everything from pancakes to burgers. The food is able to be cooked in the evening on the griddle. The heat retention is excellent too, but it takes a little longer to clean, as grease can get stuck in the cracks. Still, it’s a reliable, high-quality addition to any grill setup. So far everything is working great.

Worth it! Love using it to make breakfast, cooks anything easily(i suggest seasoning it before use) nice quality and perfect size for my grill. Super easy to clean nothing sticks

So I'm using this on my stove top. We have a glass top electric stove, but as far as I could tell, this should be able to work okay. Thus far, I've tried it with burgers and pancakes in hoped I could replace my electric griddle and recreate the feeling of the restaurant griddle I used to use at work, but alas, this doesn't heat all that evenly on stove top. I've having to rotate everything while I cook so it gets heated evenly, and space it around the center where all the heat is coming from the burner it's covering. I think it's doing good still, the food tastes great, but I'm not replacing my electric griddle with it.

So the griddle side is fantastic, easy to clean, heavy and retains a lot of heat, perfect for breakfast or smash burgers and smash tacos. The other side I'm not so sure about. I surmise there is probably a reason to use a ribbed griddle instead of the actual grill grates but I don't know what that could be. Only complaint is that I wish there was only one grease hole instead of three. That would make it easier to contain the runoff. Overall a great chunk of iron!

If you are looking for plates that are high quality and iron that you can place on your grill to do some amazing cooking while getting the smoke from your smoker box on your grill, then get these. These are easy to clean and super high quality. They are heavy, but work and distribute the heat well.
