Solid construction and very sturdy. Giving a five star rating because the ease of putting them together. Looks nice and they are comfortable to sit on.

It took me a long time to finally decide on barstools because I wanted something that was not only pretty, but actually comfortable to sit on. I was also trying to find a wood finish that would coordinate with our dining table and a fabric color that would work with the rest of our open living space. These ended up being exactly what I was looking for. The cream-colored seats look beautiful in our kitchen and tie in really well with the neutral colors of our nearby living room. The wood finish also matches our dining table beautifully, so everything feels much more cohesive. What really surprised me, though, was how comfortable the seats are. The cushion has a nice amount of foam that conforms to you when you sit down. Since these don’t have backs, I was a little concerned about how comfortable they would be for longer periods of time, but I can sit on them for quite a while without feeling uncomfortable. The saddle-style seat is also nice and wide, with plenty of room to sit comfortably without feeling like you’re balancing on a small barstool. Another big plus for me is that the fabric has been easy to clean, especially since we chose such a light color. They are also the perfect height for our kitchen island and tuck underneath nicely when we’re not using them, which keeps the kitchen looking clean and open. I’m so happy I took my time choosing these. They give me the look I wanted without sacrificing comfort, and they fit our kitchen perfectly. I would absolutely purchase them again.

Cute easy to assemble

A little tough to assemble because predrilled holes didn't like to but modifying the suggested order of assembly based on included instructions seemed to make it easier. Once complete, they seem very sturdy, though I haven't yet had any of my larger guests test them out yet. Lol They look great & I love the added touch of stickers supplied to cover the bolt holes

I needed a low profile, skinny countertop stool for the tight area between my island and dinner table. These worked perfectly. Very comfy seat too!
