Works great once programmed, finicky programming
I was skeptical this would work because I have an off brand gate that seems to have an unusual protocol for their remotes. I also have two garage doors. All three are now working great with this remote. You have to be percipient to get it programmed though. I did the process of holding the one button and pressing the other four times, it would blink like it was supposed to, but when I would press the button on the old remote, it wouldn't register in this one. I had to do it over and over and over. It must have taken over a dozen tries with each button I was programming, but in the end I got it done. I should only need to program it this one time, so while a bit of a pain, it is a small price to pay to have a remote programmed to all three things. Its range isn't great. I need to be about 50 feet from the gate for it to work. The gate's remotes work more than double that distance. My gate is 120 feet from the garage. I would like to climb on the motorcycle, hit the button and ride down the drive, but I am fine with riding to the gate and hitting the button.

Great customer service, check with seller if you need 868 frequency.
EDIT 10/29/25 I needed some more remotes to copy 868 frequencies to so I contacted the seller and they told me that all of their remotes are now the style that does 868. I ordered a different color of this model from another listing and one of their updated remotes from another listing. The one that was just a different color was the same as the model pictured that does 868 while the other color was in fact an updated board and I confirmed they both learned from an 868 remote. Good on this seller. First off if you want to copy 868 frequencies you need one like the one the pen is pointing to in the picture(I had gotten a version from same seller that will not copy 868, its the other remote pictured). Also some tricks for programming if it is having trouble is try holding the remotes at different distances from one another and another trick is pulsing the programming remote. Many remotes do not need these tricks but some it is the only way to make it work. I use these remotes to run 115v winches that used the 868 frequency which seems to be an odd frequency. I purchased several of these in the early part of 2024 from different listings and found that several of them would not work with my winch remote but work with remotes of other frequencies. It took me a little while to figure out what was going on and they seller sent me several more remotes and the then the correct ones once we identified the problem hassle free. Also programming some remotes, like my 868 frequency winch remotes is tough in that you have to hold them at a very particular distance and with other remotes I found pulsing the button during learning made it possible. This is very handy remote to have especially if you want to have one remote to control devices with different frequencies.

Does exactly what it says and the programming is very easy
Watched the video in the product description. Did exactly what it said to do and the remote was fully programmed in less than a minute. Our original remote was cloned and the little keychain fob works great. The body is plastic, the buttons soft touch, but you can feel the switch underneath. You get a positive click feedback to know you have pressed the button. If we need a third remote, I'll buy another one of these. UPDATE: We did need another remote and went back to our standby. Still works great, still easy to program - make sure you read all the instructions and watch their video. Those original two are still working well.

Did not work
I did everything I could to make it work on my nice Apollo gate and it’s just not having it. I read the instructions. I watched the video and YouTubed it. Nope! Sent it back and spent the extra $10 for the OE remote. You get what you pay for.

Doesn't work for Linear D-22A
I wanted to replace three gate remotes. Two were 433 mHz and one was 303.875 Mhz. It's one of the easiest remotes to program. Most that I've used before require you to hold down buttons on both remotes at the same time. This only requires you to hold down the remote you want to copy once you've set the duplicate to learn the code. It works very fast, and it seemed to have programmed for the Linear D-22A, but when I tried to open the gate it wouldn't. I was really hoping that it would work because the Linear remote is expensive and sometimes unavailable on Amazon. Right now it's $90. That remote is also very bulky. The good thing is that I have been able to replace two remotes with one remote but still have to keep the heaviest and largest. The insert doesn't mention my brand of Linear either.

Tiny, but not great range
Fabulously easy setup. Really works they way they say. However the range is not as good as my older full-size remote. I have to get much closer to the garage before it works.

Easily programed
I had purchased a package of different remotes off of Amazon and they would not program at all. I purchased this remote and I programmed it in less than two minutes. It’s perfect to put on my keychain. It’s even smaller than the key fob for my car..
