Hopeless product. First time when switched on it functions well. But second time onwards it never worked at all. Had no sound, simply silent. Charging continuously also never helped.

Third class product and service
Received damaged product hence submitted item for replace but they haven't replaced and later when I retried application restricted to replace due to last date was over.

Poor sound quality and durability after a week of purchase.
Quite disappointed with this mini Bluetooth speaker. The sound quality deteriorated after one week of use only . The bass suddenly became distorted, and the speaker now produces a busted/crackling sound. It no longer works properly, making it unusable. I would not recommend this product due to its poor durability and quality.
