We like it
Bought it for my husband and he love it. I get headaches occasionally and this helps. It's a bit noisy and bad on batteries but great little machine!

Works well, but as a blinking blue line that is annoying. It blinks whenever the massager is on. Also, the massager eats batteries, the AAA kind. I got rechargeables, but they are so small that I have to change them after using it 5 or 6 times. The rechargeables are good for a while, but AAA is not as cheap as AA, like some other massager's use. I would recommend it, but be forewarned. Not a strong recommendation.

good quality
the quality is very good. However, there are two problems to me. The first one is the air pressure around eyes is not strong enough. The second problem is that I need to change batteries frequently if i always use it, because it only accept AA batteries, and from my experience, 4 new AA batteries only can provide you to use for several times.

Not for all ...
Let me preface by saying I visit my massage therapist weekly and have for almost 10 years. Life has been very challenging and stressful as of late. And I was looking for something to help me in the interim with headaches. I was very hopeful that this product would assist. It was packaged well and arrived on time. Read the instructions, inserted the batteries and then strapped it on for my first use. I know what it's like to have human hands massage your skull, facial muscles and bones. While I am fully cognizant that no strap-on product will come close to duplicating that, this product was actually very disconcerting. The vibrating, in my experience, felt more like indiscriminate shaking. I don't know if any of you have ever experienced vertigo induced by stress, but this mask actually felt vertigo inducing via the shaking (vibrating). As far as the massage goes, the air pads that were filled, reduced, filled, reduced in a rolling manner, just flat out hurt my orbital sockets. While the heat around the perimeter of the mask felt good, I figured I could always just heat up a washcloth and put it on my face - and the cost of this unit was not worth the heat alone. If this unit satisfies others, I'm happy for that. But it is just not for me.I paid $44 for this unit and the cost to return it is almost $7. But my plan is to return it.

Poor design on power source; Reliability issue.
Functions are very good given the inexpensive price. However, there are two major issues I encountered.1. Poor Design on Power Source:It uses AAA batteries, which will only last for around half an hour continous operations. By design, it should have been using power adapter, or at least using AA batteries which are of around 2.5 times of capacity of AAA batteries. You could use rechargeable AAA batteries to save cost. The down side is that standard voltage of rechargeable batteries is 1.2V vs that of the carbon or alkaline batteries is 1.5V. You'll find that the heat is not enough when using rechargeable batteries. I've managed to use a DC 6V 2A adapter with the massager -- managed to connect the wires to the batteries holders (you need to find the correct points to connect to). Also, you need to have a power adapter capable of providing more than 1A of current -- I checked that the massage taking a bit more than 1A at peak.2. Relability:I've been using the massage moderately for two months, and some of its air-bags are already leaking -- I could hear the air leaking sound. The pressure to eyes has been significant reduced. The heat the vibration parts are still working well. I contacted the reseller about this issue. The seller asked me to contact the manufacturer as it had been beyond the 30-day return period (I think that's fair.) I went the manufacturer (or the distributor company) website, let a messasge there; however, it's been more than a week, I still haven't got any reply.

We love this massager
I am a buyer of massagers of all kinds and this one is a nice addition. I have tried other head and temple massagers, but this one is a better quality one and you can use it for relaxation even when you don't have headache. We found it particularly helpful when you have seasonal allergies going around that cause sinus pressure, headaches etc. I would say it could be an alternative to pills to some extent. It has bright LED lights in the front which continuously blink (disco lights ;-) while in use and it could be annoying for people around you.

I almost gave it four stars
I have to say I have many massagers but i cannot compare it to many other heated and pressure massagers around the eyes and temple. I rate it three stars because of the inability to plug it into the wall. It's fine to have on-the-go, but the battery life on this thing is very low. I highly recommend getting 8 rechargeable AAAs if you intend to purchase this product. Thus, a charger for them. that way you can use the 4 triple As in the product (take them out when not in use, if you prefer to save powerleakage.(this can be frustrating to do over and over again. My honest opinion is to use it for marathon sessions, not to have it on too tight, and careful with battery useage if you do intend to keep the batteries in the thing without using it for awhile. It eats up batteries. What it does though? It relaxes the face nicely. That's why I give it three stars, and almost four.

This feels great. The air pressure mode feels similar to a pressure massage - great when I have a headache. I have 3 issues this massager is helping me with: headaches, dry/fatigued eye and swollen sinuses. This relieves all of those, though temporarily. I only problem I have with it is the bridge across the nose - it's rigid and can get really uncomfortable, so you have to pad it.
