I do a lot of travel...and each new place I scurry to locate the best spring water, then feel guilty about buying all the plastic. I really don't stay hydrated drinking distilled water that you usually find most countries, but adding these bags into the water made a big difference! I'd only warn to not go too overboard - I created a bit of gut distress by adding too many minerals at the beginning.
