product faulty
item doesnt work. spoke to the manufacturers of product for technical support an determined it wont even turn on. Have posted item to the manufacturer to fix as itll be quicker than sending it back for a replacement. 1 star for service from vendor 5 stars for manufacturer fixing the problem
