Passthrough is amazing, otherwise pretty great headphones
The passthrough on these earbuds seem vital to the way that we use headphones this day and age. Honestly, I don't know why it's not a standard feature on all headphones, over-ear, earbuds, or otherwise. If they made an over-ear headphone with passthrough, I would buy them in an instant. I find the crowd noise and some of the other noises very soothing, especially in loud screaming crowds, while the passthrough allows me to be aware of my surroundings. I've bought four pairs of these now, one because I lost the first ones I bought, and a couple for friends and family. I recommend them highly for public and social anxiety or if loud noises bother you. Beyond the passthrough, the battery life is 5 hours, but I never end up wearing them that long. Since I'm always in and out of meetings at work, I'm always able to recharge them. That being said, I'm looking at the 75s for the longer battery life for car trips. They also fit a little strangely at first, and I was wearing them wrong and twisting too much, so they were hurting my ears initially, but I got the hang of them after about a week. The sound quality is pretty great as well; Jabra is one of the leaders in headsets, and they definitely hit the nail on the head with this one, again. I pretty much live in these, and won't go out without them. You can also push the button to talk to your phones' assistant, be it Siri or Google, or even Alexa, which is quite nice. I wish you didn't have to push it for so long, since that's pretty much the only thing I use, but that's a small nitpick. Another nitpick is that I wish you could enable passthrough from the headphones themselves, but you have to go through the app. The app is actually incredibly handy, so I don't mind doing that at all, but normally having an extra app would be a deal breaker for me. Overall, I'd highly recommend these.

Too Much Static: Replaced. Now left earbud stopped working
Too much static in both earbuds to enjoy. Sound in right earbud keeps dropping in and out. Waiting for replacement pair. Hopefully 2nd pair will be better. Update: (4/16/26). Replacement pair worked well, initially. Left earbud stopped working after second use and will not charge. Sending them back and getting a refund. Will not be buying from this seller again.

works great good as new they could provide better ear end because they always come off in my ear. I purchase better one separate.

Deep Bass, Clear Treble, Nice & Loud!
These earbuds are awesome! And at just $29 I have to say they're a bargain hands down! They might sound off when you first connect them but after you download the Jabra app and fiddle with the equalizer you will be rewarded with a 5 star audio experience! Bass is clear, full and not fuzzy. Treble is sharp not tinny. The four microphones in each bud capture your voice accurately when on the phone and when using the 'hear-through' option you can hear everything around you with excellent clarity. These earbuds originally sold for $140 and up. They're still worth that price but they are now priced at just fraction of that making them not just a high quality audio accessory, they're also very affordable. Great 5 hour run time with two full charges in the case guarantees an uninterrupted listening experience during a long flight or a long hike. A must have for any audiophile! Don't miss out on this rare opportunity to get high quality sound at a thrifty low price!

Very glad I purchased
I purchased the refurbished model. The first one I got did not work properly (the left one simply did not play sound). If you get a refurb, you're taking a bit of a risk. The good news is that these refurbs tend either to work or not work right out of the box. You can tell almost at once if it's good or not. Therefore, my recommendation is that when buying refurbs that you buy two or three, so that you are highly likely to get a working model. Then return the others. Additionally, refurbs usually don't carry the full set of accessories that a new model has. My refurb came with the charging case, short USB charging cable, and a set of the rubber ear adapters already installed. New ones will come with a variety of sizes of ear adapters. You can buy those separately, if your ear canal is much larger or smaller, alhough that is something to consider. That said, the item itself works well. I'm particularly happy that I can use this as a speaker and microphone for phone calls. Because of the pandemic I'm working from home, so I'm using my mobile phone far more than I have in the past. I have a moto G7, which has an absolutely terrible speaker (at full blast the voice is barely audible in a quiet room), so I desperately needed an earpiece to carry on long conversations. I also like that I can use just that right one without the left one, so I can maintain some situational awareness of what's going on around me. The company makes several similar models, with slightly varying features. You may wish to look carefully at those models, perhaps one has a particular advantage for you. I have gone jogging with them, and they stay in. All in-ear devices will eventually get uncomfortable, although these are about as good as I've ever used. I'm glad I purchased these, would eagerly purchase again.

OK...when it works
I really wanted to like these but in two weeks I had too many issues to ignore. Firstly they were delivered with no ear tips. I contacted Amazon and they sent a second pair (which also arrived with no ear tips), but in the mean time I used ones from our Galaxy Buds. Initially I had no issues, but over the two weeks I had issues more than half the time where the left bud wouldn't connect, which happened on both pairs. Then over time the left ear volume was inconsistent, but the right was fine. Sound quality is ok, but little to no bass. The audio passthrough however is almost better than normal hearing, but it would turn on by itself (via the app, which I would go in and turn off). I even went so far as to remove the passthrough from the profiles, and it would still add in and turn on almost as if the app was restoring to defaults. I'm going with a different set of ear buds.

Refurbished = tested to work
Worked great! Arrived without the product box but that's not important. When I opened it everything was spotless and looks new. It came with a set of new rubber eartips. At first, it would not show up on my iphone's bluetooth options (this is kind of a common problem with refurb products in my experience) but I looked online on how to reset the earbuds and it was very easy on the Jabra manufacturer FAQ. I just held the right earbud button 10 seconds until a purple light showed up and then popped them back in the case and took them out again. Then they showed up on my phone's bluetooth options and connected perfectly. The app that it comes with is great and the noise cancelling can remove my sister's piano practice and her awful violin. But the "hear through" function is great too, it lets in bg sounds and amplifies them so you don't get that muffled passive noise cancelling when someone's trying to talk to you. If I were to describe what that sounds like, it's like of like ASMR. The sound is pretty good but of course you're not going to get something as good as from a huge set of cans. Just fiddle with the equalizer or something; I like the "dance" setting. I can't say I'm a hardcore audiophile, but I think everyone can tell when something sounds bad and this isn't that. I bought this pair because a friend had them for a while; I was looking for something that won't die 10 months in, had decent sound quality, and noise cancelling would be a bonus. I'm not sure if I'd pay full price for them since I'm a student, but this was a price I could get with. Best thing is, there's no robotic lady telling you "Volume up" "Paused"!!! I can't stand earbuds that do that.

Dropped from "Highly recommend!" to beware of the limited warranty and 2 stars
Updated: Caution, these only come with an amazon renewed warranty. My left earbud recently stopped playing after about 7 months of use and Jabra will not honor their 2 year warranty since the seller was not on their approved reseller list. The item was listed as PRIME, but I doubt most of the earbuds on here are from a Jabra approved reseller. Something to think about, and I wish the question and answers for this product would be updated to remove those questions that mention the 2 year warranty was honored. Maybe it was in some cases, but I doubt it for most. Original: Purchased a refurbished pair and have been loving them for a few months! The only area I could not give more than 4 stars was the comfort/fit. They make a slight vacuum on your ear which kind of feels strange and muffles outside sound similar to ear plugs. If you turn on the active hear-through mode, this is not as noticeable though.
