No real instructions on how to use or put the pens together. I got them to work but they stop all of a sudden. One pen clip already broke off. Okay, beginner set if you are seeing if you want to try. Can get frustrating when ink stops.

My 12 yr old loved playing with this
This turned out to be a great gift. He had fun with his friends swapping out all the inks and practicing their names. Very cool. Wish it had a better storage situation; the box is really more like packaging and there are quite a bit of bits. We use a nice cloth bag and that works well; we kept the plastic insert tho to keep it organized.
