Flimsy but it works
It does what it should - holds papers. However, it is very flimsy. The snap closure is likely not going to last very long. It also doesn't have a high capacity. Because it is so flimsy, you can't really keep much in it. That being said, the design is cute, it looks as expected and it does work. I wouldn't use it for anything super cumbersome, but somewhere to organize a few papers, sure.
