Very good service. The tap inserts arrived less than 24 hours after I placed the order. Full marks to Tap Magician and the Post Office, I am glad I didn't pay extra for next day delivery! Selecting the correct item is a bit complicated because of all the different designs but the detailed drawings on the Tap Magician site made it as straightforward as possible and I ordered the correct one which fitted perfectly . I will definitely use this company again if the need arises.

Good product

Purchased then VR03 cartridges which were delivered quickly and installed immediately. They then developed a "drip" after only six-months. A quick email-chat and in less than a week, a new pair are now installed and working correctly. I am very impressed with this company's support. It was zero hassle. Thank you.

Fitted perfectly and work perfectly. A little tight to turn at first but loosened after a few weeks. Bought a second set to repair the neighbour's identical kitchen mixer tap.

Easy to fit but noisy when using

The previous cold tap cartridge had become worn/loose and would drip badly. The drip became a proper trickle when the downstream washing machine was on and the whole thing vibrated. These ones have no such wobbles. Very good and they came with a retaining screw for the handle.

Appeared good quality and fitting was fine but the valve/cartridge is passing, allowing the tap to drip just over a year after purchase/installation. The original valves in the tap lasted over a decade before they began to drip. Therefore disappointed in these as thats not an acceptable time to last
