3-Year Protection Plan for Fire TV Stick 4K

We needed to be able to fog our church between services, so we purchased this fog machine. We haven't needed service and I hope we don't have to, but it gives us peace of mine in case somethings goes wrong down the line. WE really needed to get the best cleaning to fight this Covid-19 WAR. I got this warranty in July 2022. This is June 2024 and my remote stopped working completely for no reason. I even tried putting new batteries in it. Still didn't work. I called the number on the warranty. The nice young lady had me go thru some steps to try to make it work again, but it did not. So she is sending me a new remote. Best $6.48 warranty ever! A new Remote would have cost me $30. And I still have one year left on my warranty. Bonus for me! :) I have the 4K Fire stick.

It was difficult to get to work. Lined up like it says but does not give the directions after that connect when one has Direct T V Finally after no help and two days I had flipped enough and got the right combination. So if connecting to DTV you must have the remote to your TV Shock , yes where did I put it . with the old remote press input and go to one of HDMI that your tv is. With the fire stick press the home symbol and you should have something on your tv screen. Keep your DTV remote as it works the sound. you can pay for Nexflix or Hulu. To this set up go back to input select DTV go to the HDMI your tv is set on. Then you can turn off the old tv remote and turn on the DTV and go to the channel you want. Good surfing

(MY EXPERIENCE WITH AMAZON SUPPORT)I had been chatting with Amazon support for an hour trying to get my Fire Stick working again. They gave me the same instructions that I had already followed from the support site. After several failed attempts I was then told that my device was outside the replacement warranty by about a week, meaning I would need to buy a new Fire Stick. I was furious! I was then asked for the serial number of my device, so I went back thru my orders and discovered that I purchased the protection plan on my 4k stick. I called the number, they located my account and it took a few mins and the rep started my claim. I was worried because I saw so may bad reviews from people saying that they couldn't locate the account the Stick was attached to. But I knew what email my protection plan was under and was able to confirm the serial number and was good to go!

This is a Protection Plan!!! It is well priced, and thankfully, I haven't had to use it!!! I asked the seller to refund this plan and bought a 3 year plan instead!!! They did! I am happy!!! These are always good to have!!!

Bought this fire stick and everything was great until the batteries in the remote went dead. Like most ppl I thought just some new batteries would solve my problem, but NO!! I’ve had to replace the batteries every week now for the last 3 weeks! Idk if this is just a plot to get me to order Amazon batteries or if there’s a defect with my remote, but something’s got to give!

Have 5 of these for every tv in our house. Can’t go wrong with the Fire Stick. So much better than cable, cut them cords people and go with Fire Stick 4K from Amazon 🤙🏼

I got Fire TV stick yesterday and it's very nice! And I tried find where my insurance for this. And found an Email from Square Trade in the other box. And I just registered my account then my Fire TV stick protected now. Many people says don't get it but please check your Email all box and register it. Register is very easy in few minutes. I also take a screenshot of order details and uploaded as receipt.
