Fantastic secondary display
I wanted the ease of seeing when the EMS was ready from outside the coach while hooking up to shore power, then to see what was occurring with shore power from inside the coach. This for the ticket perfectly.I have one display with the selector switch near the wet bay, outside the coach. I can see it perfectly while turning on shore power. Once it is on and the EMS has allowed power to the coach, I then use the selector switch to turn on the select display. My second display is inside the coach by the distribution center, which happens to be in the pantry. Being in the pantry helps to shield from the distraction of the display being illuminated and scrolling all the time.It is a little pricey, but beats going outside in the event of a problem with shore power in the middle of the night.

Convenient to have inside display
This is a very useful addition to the Progressive EMS system I installed in the RV. Having recently stayed at a park with wildly fluctuating power, in order to make my complaint to park maintenance accurate, I no longer have to go outside to the the power compartment to see just how bad the incoming voltage is.I wanted to mount the second display inside above my switch panel so I needed a longer phone cable and the ability to run through the smallest hole possible.Having a spool of phone cable, RJ11 connectors and a crimping tool made the installation easy. I mounted the displays and switch box with industrial Velcro.

Good product but quality control loose
This is a good product (allows me to have a display in the compartment where I have the EMS when hooking up at the park then switch to the display up in the trailer that I can see during normal operations). Reasonably well put together (the bottom falls off the display and you need to make sure you put it back on right when it is not mounted). Problem I had was when I hooked it up to the EMS, I got a "E 9" error (no data link) on both displays. After troubleshooting, I found the 3 foot data cable included with the device was defective - wiggling the connector caused intermittent displays and never got the data link to work. Fortunately, I had a RJ11 crimper and spare 4 conductor wire and just made a new cable. All works as expected now. Obviously, the included data cable was not checked thoroughly (if at all).[UPDATE] I bought this to go with their HW30C 30 amp RV Surge and Electrical protector. For some reason, Amazon takes me to this review when I try to review the HW30C. Since they are used together, I wanted to add a comment about their poor tech "support" - I had emailed them with 3 items clearly indicated - the first an error in their support address on their manual, the second a question about mounting position not listed in the manual and the third was about a second display. All I got was the run around from their "support" trying to get answers to my simple questions.

Works as ir should
Plug and play installation. No issues. Displays on either display, depending on the switch settings. Too bad it won't mirror so you could see at either location

Great addition to the Progressive EMS
Works as advertised. Nice to have one unit in the storage area where I can watch it as I plug in the RV, and another in the kitchen area where I can easily and quickly see what the problem may be if there is an issue with incoming RV park power.

This will give me the option of not having to ...
This will give me the option of not having to run from one end of the coach to the other and also inside to outside to see what the condition of the power that I'm trying to use from an outside source. I will now have 2 monitors one in the coach and one outside.
