***updated 2020***Cannot fault the support offered after a camera failed recently. Replacement arrived in two days.Exellent customer service. ***I needed a CCTV system that was fast and easy to install with limited cabling. I did not want to run CAT 5 cable all around the house. The ANNKE system was exactly what I needed. The DVR is small and compact as are the cameras. The installation was easy to complete and the cameras linked flawlessly. I had a minor issue with one camera failing, but the customer services were superb. I even purchased two further cameras to expand the coverage. The image quality is good both day and night. The Annke Sight app works well. If you are looking for a simple to install wireless CCTV this is a good choice.

I had issues before this item with different camera systems as they didn't record so I couldn't playback. I don't normally leave reviews as soon as I get the items. So I waited couple of months and see how it goes. Its good camera system. Easy to install.It records and I can watch from my phone anytime and I had no issues at all.Thank you

Bought this cctv kit 27th Jan. When powered on all was working fine. We connected all cameras and placed them where they needed to be. All cameras where picked up by dvr . The image was fantastic night and day. We had the dvr under the telly we moved the dvr slightly to the left and the above happened. We restarted dvr and it wouldn't restart only a power light illuminated. When we finally got the dvr to power up we got the images on screen and then the unit did a long beep and went bad as the first picture shows. Dvr then did not start up. Just a power light. Spoke to amazon who informed me to take all cameras down so I could send it all back. Would of just been easier to send a new dvr but no. Live chat for annke doesn't exist and no product support

I bought this CCTV system based on customer reviews. It was simple to setup having considered power arrangements and WiFi signal needs. The system has performed well but one camera failed. This is the reason for my review; customer service via Amazon contacted me within 24hrs and provided guidance based on my feedback which was simple to follow and identified a camera had failed. No further questions, they simply advised that a new camera would be sent. Within 3 days it arrived with instructions on how to configure into my system. These guys far exceeded my expectations. Electronics fail from time to time but when the supplier is so supportive, I can live with that

Cheap, nasty and not very easy to install. Aerial directly above mounting bracket so don't expect to install under eves and be able to fit the camera the right way up. I had to wall mount and it was still difficult. NVR software is horrendous, not very intuitive. Motion detection is a joke. Turn on body detection, ANYTHING moves and it generates an alarm. Image quality is poor, very poor. The system defaults to SD all the time, HD is only available when your select it and then it resets everytime you switch cameras. After using the system for a while the cameras require resetting regularly. On the few occasions we have needed the video to playback it's either missing or so poor there's no point reviewing it.Vehicle registration plates are unreadable when paused, especially at night. Not enough detail to see faces correctly rendering the system pretty useless.Alexa integration is NOT available! I contacted ANNKE support who agreed this system is not compatible with Alexa.Overall a cheap nasty system, with little or no support and bad instructions.

Great value for money for what you get. Easy plug and play setup. Video playback is odd though, as it only seems to ply in fast forward.

Where do I start. Delivery next day. Bought this to replace an old floureon system.Simple case of swapping camera locations and adding the new base system.Hooked up the LAN,HDMI,POWER CABLE.Turned on system and waited for camera to be picked up. 30 seconds later all cameras were online.Compared to the previous system I was blown away by the picture quality, it was like DVD vs Bluray. Have played about with setting for zone detection and all work impressively.Will be adding more cameras to this.Storage is ample with the 1TB HDD.Build quality feels very good and not cheap.Every connection you can think of was included in the box.Again don't shop around just buy this system, it's AWESOME.

Very unhappy with this product. It is easy to set up in the room, when all equipment is next to each other, but once the camera is more than 2 metres away from the receiver fixed to a wall outside it will have a lot of issues. The advert claims up to 90meters, I fixed the cameras to the 4 corners of a semi-detached house, and keep loosing signal regularly. Even after 7 months of use. One of the cameras is about 4 meters away from the receiver, just on the outside wall above a large window, and the connection is not constant. Don't believe the range what they claim. Also, lots of time cameras are loosing connection to the NVR, and after a restart it all works OK, but if you are away, that is not very handy. All we wanted an easy to set up wireless camera, so no need to get wires all across the house, but this product is not for that. The quality is far from 1080p as well. I know you would say because of the poor signal, but as a test, I just hardwired one of the cameras into the router, and the quality is still crap..... I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone. Only plus is Annke support is good, responds within a day to emails, but unfortunately they can't help fixing a poor product... Again, the system works OK, if all cameras within 2 meters to the receiver in the same room, but if you want to monitor outside (like most people) these wireless cameras are close to useless. (after 7 months use, trying different locations, using the transmitter function etc. etc. etc... ) Also, saying it is 1080p is very misleading, picture quality is poor.
