Update on 3/12/2022 (2 years later): The water heater works great. I have upgraded my bathrooms and installed an 8" x 8" rain shower. The rain shower consumes a lot of water. I do not have a thermostatic diverter but I think that my hot water temperature in winter is around 40° C. Pune can get cold in Nov-Dec-Jan. The hot water gets consumed faster. This is also because one tends to shower more under a rain shower attachment. So this factor must be considered also. I maintain my 5-star rating.--------This is the day 1 review. I may update it after a couple of months.1. Ordering and delivery.Ordered on 28/12/2020 late evening, received on 29/12/2020 around 5 pm. Received the item in one day and it was excellent packed, etc. No problems there. 5/5 for speed of order and delivery.2. Installation service.Called the Racold customer line for installation. No problems there. Person at support desk said person will arrive in 48 hours but the person came to the house for installation today (30/12/2020. I saw many reviews where people have complained about service. At least in Pune, there was no issue. 5/5 for speed of installation.3. Installation charges.Installation and 1.5 ft hose pipes were free and included. However there is a charge for removing existing geyser. This was ₹200. The 1.5 ft connection pipe was sufficient length on the inlet side but not so at the outlet. Had to fix a 3 ft pipe there. This was charged at ₹220. The original 1.5ft pipe was left with me. The quality of pipes was/is very good - 304 grade steel mesh covered and not cheap PVC pipe. These extra charges were explained to me in advance. So no problem there. I would rate this at 4.5/5. You can consider it 5/5.4. Quality of productThe power cord is slightly short (perhaps 1 metre). My power socket was on the exact opposite side of the power cord position. But not a huge issue. The item is fairly bulky. But it looks so because of the cuboid shape. Had this been a standard cylinder, it may not have appeared so. Still it feels protruding over you. I was advised to keep the heating dial on maximum for best efficiency. Person said that keeping at medium or low setting will make the heater to use power for more time and water may not be hot. I will say 4/5 for this.5. Usage.The first heating took about 35-40 minutes. The regulator shut off the power when water was hot enough. When I took my shower, the water was very hot and I had to regulate the hot/cold mix with perhaps 30% hot, 70% cold - that too in December. Throughout my 15 minute shower (I consider this long), I never had to regulate/adjust the mix again. I was told that the insulation is quite superior and water will remain hot for a long time. Let us see. But so far very good. 5/5.I will try to update more after more frequent use. I will also have to find out about the power usage. Unit says 2 KW. So 30 minutes per day should be 1+ units per day or 30~45 units per month. Will see about that.Update on 1/1/2021 (2 days later):When fully heated, the hot water is good enough for 2 persons. Keep the heater on till the last person starts the shower or bath. (Winter condition).

Product looks good and installation was done swiftly. Only darwback observed is the heating time. It takes approximately 50min for complete heating with Max temperature setting. This is due to the heating element which is not copper. So if you're looking for quick heating go for Bruno series or other models which has copper heating element.

I have been a user of other geysers for last 32 years but never saw such a tricky one .I got it installed with help of local service center .They did it even in odd hours .Thanks to them.But i am not convinced with its quality at all. Since day 1 it has been producing loud bubbling sounds during heating on as well as during its outflow. Secondly its maximum heating temperature is very low set(Just 55 degree C) so using a mixer or shower is very difficult.You need to take hot water in a bucket and mix cold water later.So in nutshell this is a total waste of your money. Despite my complaint made about 20 days back,nothing has been done by the service team.One should not buy such gadgets from Amazon or online as the company pays no attention to such cases.I DEMAND THE REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE UNIT AND WROTE ABOUT IT TO THE COMPANY ALSO.

I dont know why some people were giving negative comments but i am totally satisfied with it. Free installation was done by techn.Seems to be friendly on electricity billRetains heat for long duration

This is a very good 25 liter water heater at a good price. I bought this for my parents as they didn't want the Wi-Fi model and a simple one. The heating process is pretty fast compared to older models. I haven't checked the power usage, so can't comment on it. The only minor draw back, especially if your using a shower, is that the pressure of water from the Geyser outlet will drop slightly, though we have a high pressure(>6 bar) inlet to the geyser.

Product is received with in two days, but the installation has done after 5 days,I called Racold customer care many times but no response from them, then i directly contacted local Racold service team and asked for my appointment that i fixed for installation, later after scolding them finally they came for installation.Racold company has to improve their service to customers. All customers won't wait for many days for response.
