This is a really nice flatware set! It not only looks shiny and beautiful, but the pieces have a nice weight to them as well. Very durable! I grabbed a couple sets on the mark down. $17 and change! That low price is absurd for this kind of quality. So well worth buying!

We have several sets that we received when we got married quite some time ago. We’re talking three decades. Over the years random spoons forks disappeared. These have held up very well over the years, and I was surprised to see that they still sold the same set/design. I picked up a set to effectively replace the lost utensils. Oh, how things have changed. The metal is far lighter overall, and it is most noticeable with the knives as they are quite literally half the thickness in the handle. At least it is still stainless steel and can go through the dishwasher. The price was good if you consider the change is design over the years. It give it 4 stars because of the changes. The forks and spoons look the same but feel a little lighter, it is the knives that look the most different.

This is the silverware you need for daily use! I just got the “Flight” and it’s simple design that has width in the handles and is sturdy! Also ordered a set for my son and daughter-in-law and they love them! The spoons are just the right sizes too!

This product is as beautiful as when I first received an Oneida set from my mother in-law 35 years ago. I will now use the "old" still beautiful set as everyday flatware and the new one as "silver ware" for hosting. I love the salad forks and coffee spoon option as well as the options for additional serving ware and steak knifes. The old set has gone through rigorous hosting and dishwasher use and still looks almost like new after more than 3 decades. If the new set is the same quality as the old one, I will gift a set to each of my daughter in laws as well.

I've had this "Flight" series style from Oneida since the mid 1990s and have been very happy with them...bought originally from Eddie Bauer. They have been solid, long-lasting, and a classy set for decades. I bought this new set off of Amazon from the Oneida store just in March 2025 to increase our silverware quantity. While the new set looks identical to the originals in finish, color, style, and design, they don't feel as solid or beefy as the originals...they feel lighter and kind of flimsy to the touch. I weighed the old and the new using a very sensitive scale (down to the tenth of an ounce) and found them to be identical in weight which was surprising. With further examination, I noticed that the edges are not as round or smooth as the originals. The edges feel "sharper" rather than smoother, rendering them not as pleasant or comfortable to hold between your fingers. This was mostly the case with the forks and spoons, but not the knives. The quality forced me to give these a 3-star rating only.

Moving into a new apartment was an excuse to retire the ancient, cheap, and mismatched plate collection and cutlery set that my parents handed down to me when I first moved out - back in the Clinton years. I first tried another brand here on Amazon. They simply weren't acceptable. Not naming it here, but feel free to dig for my review on it for details if you want. So...I spent a few extra bucks, while accepting a few extra pieces in the total count, and tried this. Could not be more pleased. This one is the perfect intersection (for me, anyway) of price point and quality. The pieces are obviously going to last for a few decades, but aren't ridiculously expensive. To fill the gaps, I picked up the Oneida steak knife set, and a bread knife while I was at it. Same opinion of them. Even better, while those have a "hand wash only" note because of their more complicated assembly, I completely forgot about it until after using them a dozen times and just tossing them in the dishwasher. Still in perfect condition. There's no guarantees, obviously - detergent brands will have an effect, and the water in this corner of Georgia is just about the softest and clearest on the planet - but it's worth mentioning. You can't go wrong here.

I love that they're still selling this set. I had one from a lifetime ago, and over time, and over moves, you tend to lose things. We found that every time we have company over, we had to do the wonky fork dance -- adding mismatched forks so we have enough. So I looked for more of the original set, and lo and behold -- they still sell it. The stuff does not break, and if I don't lose these, they will probably have a longer life than I will.

Oneida has always been a dependable brand of cutlery so I am happy with my choice. It looks so nice and the weight and size of each piece is perfect for me. I would not hesitate to add more pieces in future if needed. I recommend this cutlery.

This brand is known for quality and this product proves they are still delivering on that. The flatware is beautiful, a good weight, nice shine, has a good "mouth feel" (if that makes sense), and is well made. It's worth the extra money because it's going to last. Dishwasher safe. It's durable enough for everyday use and nice enough for company. My only regret is that I didn't buy the bigger set. I recommend this product.

I have bought this flight Oneida pattern before,but wanted to add extra settings,also lost a few utensils.Very good price.

Of the 20 pieces, one was tarnished. It looks scraped/rusted. Wiping and washing didn't help. The vendor was contacted a couple days ago and haven't responded yet. Stay tuned ...
