Certainly are bright and with the 60 degree angle, reduce the dull spots. Probably would not want to go any brighter or they might be a bit too much.

These 5w bulbs give out much more light than the 6w that they replaced. You get what you pay for........... a good product instead of cheepo Chinese junk.
