hard to find in stores but this pasta is great. quick to cook, holds its texture and is low carb. very good taste perfect with clam sauce. great value when buy in multipack

This is the only product out there which actually tastes outstandingly good for a higher protein and a lower carb option. amazing taste and texture and totally worth the money. this is our new favorite, meets all the dietary needs and just taste like regular pasta. all the other products out there which claim the same can just not meet the standard here. protein Source comes from real eggs which is literally the only option out there. And finally pasta which is not using some alternative ingredients like beans they just don't taste as good

These noodles are amazing. I just weigh out the 2 ounces dry and the way I use them is to mix in a large cold veggie chopped salad. It gives a little of that “pasta salad” vibe but with the noodles spread out like that I get very little carbs because there are multiple servings per salad. This way I can still enjoy pasta as a diabetic.

I have been eating this product for over a year. I follow WW way of eating this fits right in nicely! Replaces rice which is 6 points per cup to 2 points for 2 cups using this product . The taste is really good!

Five stars for taste, fast cook. I am confused regarding the hype. As far as I could determine with the help only, of AI, it's only 6 grams less carbs than regular pasta. I was VERY disappointed that you can only find the value of 2 grams of UNCOOKED pasta. NO specific information for COOKED pasta. It woud SEEM that a serving as with any pasta, that one cup equals one serving. It would make much more sense for the value of the COOKED product to be specified by the manufacturer. Otherwise, very good. As per reviews, I cooked longer (7 minutes) than the recommended 4 minutes. Reminds me of the homemade kluski my grandmother used to make for chicken soup. I would have given 5 stars IF THE AMOUNT/QUANTITY OF ONE SERVING OF COOKED PRODUCT WAS PROVIDED.

Love this pasta! Switched without telling my family and they didn't notice. It is more expensive, but it is a little healthier. Very good taste. Well worth the cost.

Love these noodles!! Great quality does not fall apart when cooked. Great taste and filling. We cook ours 2 to 3 minutes longer than directed

i've been on a low carb diet, off and on, for several yrs. this last year i had my best results. anyway, i miss pasta. but, i didn't put much stock in this product when i first saw it on amazon. i saw it i thought oh, yeah...another load of crap. but i'm a sucker, so i bought it anyway. well, i'm here to tell you this particular crap is the best i've tried to date. i boiled a few chicken quarters, and boned it, and brought it back up to a rolling boil. i opened a bag and as i held it above the steaming, boiling, chickeny goodness, i looked to the heavens and asked for just one decent meal of chicken and noodles before i die. i dumped a half a bag into the broth and stirred to separate. with great trepidation i stood back and waited. 4 minuets went by, per the instructions, i fished out a noodle and tasted...crunchy? well i won't give up so soon. boil, boil...10 minutes...hummm, i don't know. still not done. boil, boil, boil...16 minutes...and i extracted another noodle. damn. that's a good noodle. ok, it ain't rheames, but that's a hell of a noodle. i ate 2 bowls and loved every bite. they were tender, as you would expect, and tasty on their own. no bad taste in your mouth as with so many other low carb products. there was an incredible null salt imbalance, which was quickly over come. i envision lo mien, spaghetti, fettuccine, even mac and cheese, in my future. my life has just expanded. i am a happy man with this low carb noodle. thank you, carba nada, you have helped, tremendously. A Follow up: it's too bad but carba-nada noodles have prieced themselves out of my market, at least. they have gone up $12 since we started enjoying them. i can no longer justify their purchase. sorry, noodle company.
