This system is ok. But not the most clear instructions. Once installed the shower tray stands about 2-3mm off the wall , you need to allow for this once tiling starts

Must use product for shower tray installation.
Easy to install and will ensure no leaks. Seals shower tray to the wall behind the tiling. Costs a relatively small amount and will double life span of shower cubicle.
