For everybody who likes chocolate filled crispy biscuits. The package is a good snack size.

My family loves eugenii, not too sweet but I do wish they had more chocolate cream in the middle. Overall great dessert that reminds me of my childhood.

The taste brings back childhood memories. They are so good!

The latest Eugenia I bought (Oct 2023) did not have the same taste. I was wondering if anybody else noticed. The rom flavor is gone and the coca paste has been diluted and lacks the "punch" - probably mixed with something else, due to the high cost of coca, I wonder...? The package design has changed also - there are white, pink and green colors with a little girl. I miss my original Eugenia I grew up with - I hope they did not change the recipe - why mess with a good thing? Dobrogea Grup please respond if you see this message - what is going on? please don't ruin a famous brand.

I ate many of the wax-paper-wrapped Eugenia in the 60s during my youth. It was among the very few things the communist controlled economy made that actually tasted good. This product is just OK, but not original. They have a strong taste of rum extract which the original cream never had, and the taste of low-grade chocolate is hidden by the rum. The original milk chocolate cream was very tasty and melted quickly in warm weather, probable because of the butter content. On the positive side, the biscuit takes fresh, a bit crunchy, and close to the original.With a coffee or tea, they make a decent snack.

My mom packed two of them in my kindergarten lunch box. That was over 65 years ago. I love them and their distinctive taste. Happy to find them available again on Amazon 👍
