I do like this cream. It's thick, but when you spread it on your hands or face, it warms and is spreadable. It relieves any chapping on your body. I've put it on my face, hands, my feet, then put on my socks and shoes. It softens my feet by the days end. It probably isn't for people who have allergies to scents because it does have a slight citrus scent. I like scented creams. This smell's light and fresh.....not heavy like perfume. I will buy it again, although I'm going to watch for it to go on sale because I think it is expensive.

Smells great and works great on lips, but for hands it takes time to absorb into skin and is pretty sticky when applied. This is a wonderful moisturizer for nighttime, not daytime hand care.

This came highly recommended for dry skin and eczema— absolutely terrible. The balm feels gummy and tacky. Didn’t absorb into skin, nor did it create a nice barrier; it just felt like modeling wax on my hands. Scent is okay, but made me nauseous after a while. It is difficult to open and as of writing this review, neither I nor my spouse can get the container open, so it’s just as well and going in the trash.

I like the packaging, good for carrying in my purse. Product is very good. Smell is problem. Would only buy again if it was unscented. Otherwise I recommend Palmer's cocoa butter formula solid in jar.

I have lived with a mild, dry dermatitis of the hands for most of my life--maybe a little biological, but definitely exacerbated by professionally-necessary hand-washing. This is the best product that I have found to sooth, protect, and heal my hands since Neutrogena Norwegian Hand Cream, which the last couple times I bought it hasn't felt like it used to when I first started using it 20 years ago. Can't stand lotions, which leave my hands feeling sticky. This does have a FAINT, but really OLD SKOOL odor (from the rose oil?), which I don't mind and can't smell unless my hands are near my nose. Rubs in smoothly, a VERY small amount goes a VERY long way, and I find that two applications will last all day if I'm not washing my hands constantly. With hand washing, I reapply after every 2-3 washings with good results. Based on the last several weeks of use, I expect this tin to last at least 6 months and very possibly 9 months.

I've dealt with painfully cracked hands every winter of my 76 year life. Until this year! Just rub a very, very small amount into your hands for a few minutes. After that there is no greasy feeling but my hands are protected. Found through a BY Times Wirecutter review. Just fantastic

I like this balm! It's thick, so it's a bit difficult to put on feet, but I use my thumb to rub over the balm and then massage into my fingernails. It's been helping with the wintery-dry cuticles a lot! Highly recommend!
