It's one sided so need to face it toward the street so people can see it from both directions.
It's the same size as a city street sign. People seem to notice it and slow down. Very sturdy mounting it does require you use a nut and bolt to mount it to a pole. I used a fence post and it worked perfectly

Perfect

Very Helpful
Very helpful for an unfenced home property with a private dirt drive through it to neighbors, where delivery and worker trucks drive too fast. Placed on the dirt road at each end of the residence proper on seven mountain acres. Well made, highly visible, easy to read.
