Panasonic MC-V295H Type C-19 Canister HEPA Vacuum Bag, Pack of 2

This is a great product at a decent price.

Good bags to fit my vacuum.

When we bought a new Pansonic Vaccum through Amazon, we ordered both paper and HEPA bags - Panasonic brand. To give the new vac. the best chance to show its stuff, I put in the HEPA type. First one worked so well, we continued with another, rather than try the obviously thinner paper ones. I accidentally sucked up what I thought was a USB memory stick, and took a pair of scissors to the HEPA bag to retrieve it. What a marvel! Two inner filter layers are part of their secret, along with the very substantial cloth outer cover. The outside of the bag was still absolutely lily-white, while the inner layers had captured pounds of fine dust and yecch. I seriously doubt I'll even bother with the paper ones when I've seen how completely the HEPA bags keep dust &c. so completely contained. Clean is good!

Good quality bags.

The photo of this item clearly shows a quantity of 2 bags per package, and has the Panasonic name and model # on the package. What I received was a total of 6 bags, unpackaged, and instead of the Panasonic name or logo, each bag says Kenmore HEPA Cloth, and the US model # is not MC-v295H Type C-19 but rather, USA 20-50557. My new Panasonic vacuum has not yet arrived, so maybe these fit and maybe they don't. All I know is, I was led to believe I would receive 12 bags for $107, and I only got 6. Something feels rotten. UPDATE: Josh from Crucial Vacuum sent a very nice e-mail apologizing for the inconvenience, and assured me that the vacuum bags I received were the correct model. He acknowledged that the quantity was wrong and promised to expedite six more bags. Although I was correct in fearing that I had been shortchanged, I am relieved to discover that Crucial Vacuum can be relied upon to correct mistakes. I'll post another update when the bags arrive. FINAL UPDATE: As promised by Josh at Crucial Vacuum, the rest of the vacuum bags have arrived. I won't hesitate to order from them in the future.

I have an old Panasonic vacuum cleaner but I had run out of bags long ago but never threw it out - did get a couple of replacements. So it sat up stairs in the walk in closet in the master bedroom until recently and I thought what the heck, but because of its age most of my local stores no longer carry or have vacuum bags - just vacuums with easily to empty cannisters. Thankfully Amazon still has vacuum cleaner bags and while not cheap, you can pack a lot of dirt and debris before having to be replace them. I also find that the newer canister vacuums while they can be good they are not as good as the older vacuum cleaners which have more suction and pick up more than newer models or types. So if you have an older system before replacing it or throwing it out look to getting bags that are still available at least on Amazon which can extend the life of your vacuum.
