Mouse Arm Strain Alternative
I am very pleased with the Adesso Tru Form Pro PS2 Keyboard I purchased. My work at my job had become sooo mouse intensive after we converted to a new system that my arm was in constant pain from strain. After using a netbook I'd purchased for personal use, I decided this erg keyboard with touchpad was the way to go. After the first week of use, my right arm felt so much better! The only drawback to be aware of if it applies to anyone is that it does not work well connected to a kvm switch. It locks up frequently -- you loose the mouse pointer even though you can still type. It does NOT do this when connected directly to the pc. Works great, very comfortable and way less stressful to the arm than constantly having out at that angle using a mouse. Order process was smooth and delivery fast--sooner than I expected.

Comfortable keyboard, unique, poor durability
An ergonomic (split) keyboard with a central touchpad has been a part of improving my office ergonomics. As far as I can tell, Adesso makes the only ones that combine these features.Initial quality is good, with tight, positive key action and smooth trackpad and mouse button functions. Over time, in the range of 7-10 months of daily use, the mouse buttons become unreliable, usually the left one because it's used the most. A couple of generations ago premature keycap wear was a problem, but that doesn't seem to be happening now.The keyboard has several dedicated function for internet, email, and limited multi-media functions. Power, sleep and wakeup keys buttons are also available.I recommend this keyboard for its comfort, but only if you're willing to deal with a probable return for an exchange within the warranty period, with shipping at your own expense. The warranty period is one year.Pros:ComfortGood initial qualityCons:Long term durability and reliabilityCostShipping cost and hassle for a likely warranty exchange

ergonomic touchpad keyboard
these used to be much easier to find... now apparently adesso is the last company who manufactured these, and now they've stopped too... unfortunately, i presume few people realize that this is "as good as it gets".i've been using ergonomic touchpad keyboards for upwards of 15 yrs now... this is my 2nd adesso, i just hope i can get the 1st repaired, since they won't send me the parts i need to repair it myself.miked

POOR DESIGN
You cannot rest your forefinger on the F key - it goes down at the slightest touch. The 6 key is on the wrong side of the split. Anyone who types with 10 fingers knows that the left hand reaches for the 6 key. Not on this keyboard. You have to avert your eyes from the screen and hit the 6 key with your right hand and be careful not to hit the 5 key instead. Poor design. Other than those 2 errors, it's a great keyboard if you're a 2 finger typist.

Pretty good if you don't mind having stiff keys.
I previously had the PCK-308T and it lasted five years (until I dropped something heavy on it). I don't like light touch keyboards, so the stiffness of the Tru-Form keyboards doesn't bother me (they do ease with use). It seems that Adesso has redesigned some of the keys back to how they were on the PCK-308T, the backspace key is now back to double size, the \ key is back on the second row, and the enter key is back to it's regular size. I like that Adesso has moved mouse buttons to below the touch pad (the buttons on the PCK-308T were awkward). I was pretty happy with my last Tru-Form keyboard and this one seems to be just as good.

Looking to replace your Microsoft Natural Keyboard Elite? Look elsewhere.
The good.Key feel and layout is similar in many aspects to the Microsoft ergo keyboard that is now discontinued. The bad. Lack of adjustment to the height, PS/2 only connection (you need an adapter to use it on a modern PC). Flaky operation with USB adapter, and worse yet, sticking keys, particularly the right shift and tab keys. All in all not the worst keyboard I have ever used, but not worth bothering to install either. Just keep looking for a better board.

Great keyboard while it worked
This was a great keyboard while it worked. It only lasted a couple of years whereas my first Cirque Wave keyboard with the built-in touchpad lasted almost ten years. And I prefer the touchpad on the Cirque Wave keyboard (on the right side below the number pad) much better. This one, centered had a tendency to pick up slight touches as you type which was annoying,
