Excellent quality saffron. The threads are long, deep red, and very fragrant, which is a good sign of real saffron. A small pinch is enough to give tea, rice, or desserts a beautiful golden color and rich flavor. I also like the metal container — it keeps the saffron fresh and protected from light. For the price, this is a very good value. I will definitely order again.

I know the price is rather steep but it is worth the price. The quality is good, the taste is as it should be, the color of the tea is a good golden color. It arrived in a sealed pack with the ingredients in a small sealed tin (think tabacco chew small but thick round tin) You get a couple of good servings out of it depending how generous or stingy you are with the strands. No white or other color strands mixed in with the beautiful burgundy strands and the saffron odor itself is intoxicating. The package arrived promptly and again well packaged as described above. Will try to make this last till December. Used it for tea and cooking. This purchase was satisfactory at the time of this review and will purchase again. Thank you.

I have been really impressed with this golden saffron. You can tell right away that it is high quality. The color is deep, the smell is strong but pleasant, and it feels very fresh. You only need a small amount, and it still makes a big difference. I have used it in a few dishes, and it always adds great flavor and a rich golden color that makes the food feel special.
