I bought the m mingle pressure washer gun. will this adapter allow me to connect the sunjoe pressure washer hose to the m mingle pressure washer gun?

This adapter is made in China which uses the metric system for fittings and adapters. I couldn’t find an English adapter that could fit this on any hose. I threw the adapter away
