A must read ending to a a thrilling saga
Paul is now fully emersed in the world of the underground . He will have to fully rely on the Lord and the people the Lord puts in his path to survive and fulfill his calling .This amazing read will leave you invested from page one , and even though brilliantly authored ; still leave you wanting more .

satisfactory end to an incredible series
The entire soon trilogy was a masterful piece of action and suspense that was SO WELL WRITTEN, I will be thinking about these books for years to come. Shadowed was a quick read with a satisfactory end to the drama. I would have liked an Epilogue where we got to see more into life after. I also felt that had Ray’s extended reign of terror seemed too long especially since he was so disliked by even people in power. And without trying to give anything away, I fully expected the fact that the chancellor’s office is recorded, to bring the truth to light. But even with those discrepancies the book was amazing.

SHADOWED in the cloak of The Underground
This was a great finale to the SOON series. I enjoyed each book very much, but this one I liked the best. I blew through this one in about 4 days, which is pretty fast for me.The concept of a futuristic one-world government is written well by the author. The idea of a banishment of all religion is quickly approaching, at least from a Christian stand-point because we are "judgemental" and "intollerable" Well, forgive us for being honest.I liked the resolution of this series and I think that this trilogy had me hooked and more interested than the first 3 books in the Left Behind series. I liked LB alot also, I am not one of those bashers, but I thought that this story-line was more gripping than that one, at least the first books of it.I hope to see more from Mr. Jenkins. He is an easy read, but that just means I can get through them faster and have more time to read more stories.

Great Listen
This was the third book in The Soon Trilogy. I truly enjoyed listening to these three books. As with all of Jerry Jenkins books...I could stop listening. Please continue writing Mr. Jenkins.

Great book, lots of scripture
I thoroughly enjoyed this series and could hardly put it down. I read all three books in less than a week.

OUTSTANDING!
The strength of this volume is its sustained, almost unbearable build-up of suspense and tension. The dangers for the beleaguered, underground Christians escalate alarmingly, right up to the not quite so abrupt conclusion. Even though the ending seems a bit contrived, it is well within the bounds of a fiction author's license. I think this is eminently and self-evidently the way to end a wonderful Trilogy.Oh NO! I am appalled! The last sentence of the book threatens endless, empty spin-offs: "How long before the world once again fell under the shadow of persecution?"

What if God did it again?
As the third book in a trilogy, it wrapped things up well. The first two left you hanging with a divine intervention/judgement having just vindicated the persecuted underground believers. This series is quite separate from the Left Behind series (which I yet to read), but I can see how Jenkins is a master of crafting powerful stories. He uses the many-short-chapters style of writing so it can be confusing to track multiple threads interleaved, but it makes it easy to pause without having to break in the middle of a chapter. His basic premise that God is can be persukaded to revisit judgement disasters on Godless mankind makes an interesting 'what if' starting point for the series.

Awesome series. Loved it.
Wonderful read, never tired of the characters and loved how they grew into who they ended up being. Would love another follow up.

The Ending Was Kind of a Let Down
I really like Jerry Jenkin's style of writing. This is the last book in a 3 book series. The book arrived quickly and is in perfect condition. I thought the story was really good but the final ending seemed a bit of a letdown.

Great read
Kept me in suspense and found myself wondering how I would react in similar circumstances. In today's society people freely share how they do not believe in the Virgin birth or that Jesus is God's son, etc. That was not the case 30/40 years ago. The scenario described in the Zealot series is very well possible should God tarry. It certainly gives the reader food for thought.
