Very good information on boilers, Minnesota has some different rules but very good information.

In addition to providing many questions (many of which appeared on my licensing exam), this book gives an excellent overview of high pressure boiler operation. This is probably the best companion piece to another text booknow. It's not terribly in depth, what I did was read a text book then read this as a supplement before my exam. This guide concisely explains the basics of boiler operation, and includes around 400 practice questions. It is more useful than any books I could find at the library. Worth the price. After using this as my primarry study guide, I passed the Stationary Engineer's exam. Some of the information seems outdated, but that's what was on the exam.

This IS THE BOOK to prepare for the national boiler operators exam. Totally worth the price. Decent turn around from ordering and delievery.
