Best of Amr Diab

Totally love this...can't stop playing it. His voice and the actual lyrics are just really beautiful....highly recommend this to anyone who loves Arabic music

Called The Best and nasically that is what it is. Do you know Amr Diab? If you do then you will have most of these tracks already. If you don't then it is a good collection of pleasantly sung, melodic, and probably classed as 'techno' but is certainly not the stuff that the pop charts are all about in US and UK. I am biased because I love this man's work. A very good introduction because it is a fairly lengthy collection and also includes some remixes as well.

If you are new to Arabic music, this makes easy background listening. For people already familiar with Amr Diab's music, this is a first rate performance. Whether you know Arabic or not, I'll guarantee you will try to sing along and dance too. He has a beautiful voice and I love the way he uses it. Habibi is the best song in my opinion.
