Quick-and-Easy to Clean, Excellent Value, Easy-to-Use and Learn
The packaging it arrived in was extremely safe with a minor exception to the Original Box haven't been punctured by the spigot of the glass container. The Original Box had the instructions written on it for Care Instruction, Information about the Company, Brewing Instructions, and Cleaning Instructions. The Material of Glass is excellent, high-quality work - my only gripe is that you can break it easily by accidentally hitting it against a rough object. I'd recommend coating it with a layer of plastic or epoxy on the outside to add a smooth, glossy finish, and protect the glass, while not affecting the taste or health of any people drinking the coffee. This additional layer would prevent breakage to a significant degree and reduce returns and replacements, and improve buyer satisfaction! The Mesh Filter has to be the best part of this entire product - it allows for an easy-to-use coffee making process, an extremely easy cleanup, and the ability to make, both, Quick Coffee and Strong Coffee. This reason this is such a nice feature is because I work and my Coffee might run low, so I'd want Fast Coffee - to get my butt up in the morning, AND I'd like to enjoy life's pleasures with a Stronger Brew (3 Day Brew Time Preferred). The manner in which this filter and glass container was designed allows me to do just that! It's perfect!Lastly, another gripe would be the spigot. There appears to be a pressurization issue. First off, my fridge is an Old Fashioned Box Fridge (Freezer on Top, Fridge on Bottom - Square Design), so utilizing the spigot is a bit difficult as I have to get on my knees or take the container out completely. Secondly, the spigot won't run with the lid sealed and closed tightly. It drains for half a second, then stops, then I wait a minute, and it drains, then stops (we're talking some 1 Tablespoon per drainage). I realized that I have to loosen the lid to allow the proper flow of oxygen through the spigot to provide pressure when draining the Coffee - this allows a smooth flow with no hitches. The requirement to loosen the lid is a tad bit inconvenient, but overall, still an acceptable flaw, in my opinion.Overall, I'd give this product a 4.5 / 5 Stars!

Love it
I love this! It is a great cold brew maker and I can tell it will last. If you ground coffee and let it sit overnight the coldbrew turns out amazing. The filter is also super nice and dosnt leak coffee grounds into the coffee. It just enough coffee for 2-3 people for about 2 days and it’s easy to remake. It’s not messy and the dispenser thingy works really well. It’s also very affordable for a good product

Huge!
This is the greatest thing ever! As the price of bottled ice coffee (Stok, dunkin) keeps going up Dunkin has even made their bottle smaller with 12oz less! I drink at least 2 bottles per week. I'm already winning!

Overall good but the lid design bugs me; also use a coarse grind.
Overall this does what I wanted it to do; make cold-brewed coffee. The mesh strainer core is easy to clean and rinse. The whole thing fits in the fridge and looks classy on the counter. The coffee's good and you can start a pot at 9pm and wake up to a quart of the good stuff. And don't get me wrong...I LOVE this thing. Heck of a lot easier to manage than my Toddy. Now the not-so-good: the rubber flange on the mesh strainer core doesn't actually seal the coffee/water from the outside. The pour spout is definitely open to the air. Also the metal lid that closes the strainer core fits perfectly....to the strainer core. According to the owner's manual, "when finished brewing, simply remove the filter, dump out the coffee grounds and move the silicone ring to the base of the lid. Put the filter away and pop the lid back on the pitcher and store in the fridge for later enjoyment."Let's be clear; removing that silicone ring is actually a little more work than it sounds, and frankly, unless you're drinking fractional amounts of coffee, more trouble than it's worth. I just put some clingwrap over the top, or dump out/rinse out the core and reinsert it.Finally, and this is important - do NOT use finely ground coffee in this machine or you will end up with dust-sized sediment on the bottom of the carafe. Personally I love a little sludge in my cup (I love turkish coffee, too) but you are better off using a percolator-grade grind to lessen the sediment.

Great Cold Brew Coffee Maker just read the instructions.
First of all, before purchasing this, I was using a French press coffee maker to make cold brew. It worked, but I ended up with a lot of grounds in my coffee. Also, the French Press really only made one cup (I like a LARGE cup of coffee) and it didn't fit in the fridge well while brewing. So I picked this up hoping to resolve those issues and it did. The first batch I made I only had a very fine grind, and I still didn't have grounds in my coffee! After that I picked up a coarser grind, just to try it, and it worked just as well! One thing I recalled reading in these reviews prior to purchasing, was people saying it was not air tight once they took the filter out. Well, in the instructions, it clearly states to remove the rubber gasket from the filter and put it on the lid portion if you want it to have an air tight seal in the fridge. I did that and have had no problem! This is the perfect size for myself and my husband, and i tend to make a batch nightly for us, but this is just right for us, and I really like that it's designed like a beaker so it's tall and skinny which fits in my fridge much better! It's not at tall as the French Press with the pluger up, which is good, and it actually works much better too!One little note, I keep my nails short, and sometimes getting the filter basket out, or getting the rubber gasket off can be tricky with no nails. However, this is easily resolved by gently using a butter knife. It slides right up, then I can get a grip on it.The basket is super easy to clean too!!!
