Lorell Oak Wood Frame Cork Board 18" x 24"

Does what I needed it to do. Hung it on the side of the refrigerator.

It was to thin for my taste not durable.

I bought this bulletin board for our 5 year-old daughter.The wood frame is beautiful and sturdy, but apparently the finish is not a penetrating stain since it came off with some tape that I accidentally stuck to it.Also, the bulletin board itself is very stiff; it's hard to push pins into, at least for young hands.My only other complaint is the mounting system. It comes with two screws and there are two metal tabs on the back. Apparently, you are supposed to bend the tabs forward and wrap them over the frame. If you did that, they would extend beyond the frame and you could use their holes to hang the board by the frame. But, the tabs and wall mounting would show...yuck!Instead, I used eyelets and screwing them into the back of the frame and strung a wire through them. That way, none of the mounting hardware shows.Overall, it is worth every penny and I'm glad that I bought it. But, it is NOT a premium product.Update: 1/4/14Now three years later, our daughter still loves this bulletin board. It's held up beautifully.

Great value for the price! It beats the high priced same product at an office supply stores.

Perfect size for my study, unobtrusive and sturdy, well made, looks good and was easy to hang.

It arrived on time, actually sooner than expected and works just fine, no cracks or any damage when I received it and holds everything I need pinned up. Great for reminders and photos you want to put up, and the wall anchors for the screws that it came with were a help too, because the walls I have are pretty old and thin. This product is great and so far I have not had any problems.

I added a linen insert and made it into a Vision Board!

It is lightweight and cheaply made. The cork is very thin and the wood frame is fake wood grain barely on the wood. The manufacturer's small plastic label pulled the wood grain off when I tried to pull the tab off. Disappointing. Spend the money on a good piece.

I ordered one and liked it so much, I decided to order another. The second one arrived damaged and the seller was quick to dispatch a replacement (I was given the option of refund or replacement) and I was allowed to keep the damaged board and have found some use for it.The wood frame is sturdy and of good quality. There are fittings for hanging either vertically or horizontally. There is a handy paper template to facilitate hanging and all the required bits and bobs.It isn't terribly thick but substantial and even in surface. Comes across as a higher than average quality product.

It's working as most corkboards should, holding up papers, receipts, etc. My only complaint with it was that it isn't as deep as I'd like it to be, but that doesn't seem to be quite consequential or really that big a deal at all. I've been using thumbtacks with it, and those tend to have a longer pin than pushpins, so it's not entirely surprising that they don't go all the way in.
