The build in surge protector saved me!
Somehow a lighting surge made it past so many surge protectors yet still traveled up this and this got fried but saved the device.

Only puts out 11.87 volts not 12
Only puts out 11.87 volts and not 12 volts! Thought the chip set was fried but it wasn’t.!

Utilisé avec une caméra CTronics qui n'est pas POE, ça marche très bien pour l'instant depuis quelques semaines. Pourvu que ça dure. Par contre la prochaine fois j'achèterai directement une caméra POE.

I purchased these to use with a PoE switch and BEFSR41 router. Eliminated so many power adapter wires using these things.
