I was rather sceptical when this arrived as it was rolled up tightly and didn't seem very substantial. However, I followed the instructions, unwrapped the product and let it 'settle' for 24 hrs. I am very impressed. It is a good quality product with a zipped washable cover. I have lower back pain and I have this under my legs in bed at night. It enables the pelvis to tilt and so relieves pressure on the lower back. The result - a comfortable night's sleep! It is just the right size. so your legs don't fall off the sides. At the same time it is not so large as to be obtrusive. I am 5'10" and I am pleased to say it accommodates my long legs.

I have severe edema in my feet, ankles and lower legs. Bought this for relief. Its a little big as I'm 5ft2 It's comfortable for a few hours and definitely helps with swelling but if I sleep using it I wake up with bad hip pain (I thinks a sizing issue)

After much deliberating, I bought this thinking I could return it if it wasn't much better than using a pile of cushions. Well, I can now confirm that this is an excellent purchase. It's roomy enough to elevate and rest both legs in comfort, it's completely stable, well angled and very firm. Much as I questioned whether or not I would really notice the benefit, I'm so glad I bought it. I can even sleep comfortably with both legs resting on it. It's helping me with my recovery from foot surgery and I'm so pleased I took the plunge and got it.

This leg support is the best money I have spent in a long time. After having operations on my knees and suffering terrible pain and swelling in my legs, especially knees and ankles, this was an absolute God send. It's ultra comfortable, fits perfectly under your legs, raising them the just the right height. I have trouble sleeping on my back, as a rule but with this, I slept like a baby. It's big enough to have both legs on and still have lots or room so you aren't laid rigid. No more moving cushions, nit being able to get comfortable. My only draw back is that I didn't buy this much sooner. Having tried out mine, my brother has also ordered one for after his foot operation.

I very rarely write reviews, but felt this product should be an exception. I have recently had a total ankle replacement and I am required to keep my ankle raised both day and night. This is perfect for this. The design gives perfect support. I don't know how I would have coped without it! Anyone having an ankle operation should buy one of these.

I have a pet peeve with pictures and dimensions that aren't exactly as described, so I just wanted to point out that the pillow, fully expanded after 48 hours, is 61 x 54 x 20 cm, not 63 x 52 x 20 cm. It would also have been extremely useful if the cover had a handle sewn in - after surgery I'll be on crutches and lugging around this pillow between rooms is going to be challenging. There was unfortunately nothing else on Amazon that had a handle and also had the right height, width and design I was looking for. My final gripe is that the way it was packaged was ridiculous - I tore the flimsy sausage bag it came in trying to get the thing out, it was squeezed in so tightly. Once it's out you will never be able to get it back in, so returns are out unless you can find a huge box. Don't make the mistake I did and try to get a better deal by looking for similar-looking pillows that are less expensive. I had initially bought the Bedding Studios pillow that looked identical but was cheaper, and the dimensions were completely off. It was relief to get this and find that it was actually pretty much as described.

Was hesitant to purchase initially, however it turned out to be the best product I ever bought for my back and legs! It’s perfectly large, soft yet sturdy, and has a nice height and contour for the legs for a perfect nights rest. I used to get a lot of back aches, but they have severely decreased after sleeping with this, I honestly can’t see myself not sleeping without it anymore.
