Did a good job when I was shooting and comfortable

A very competively priced set of electronic ear defenders, there is no way I would spend £150 to £200 on ear defenders when these do a more than adequate job.Comfortable enough to wear for a few hours at a time. The voice clarity is really good for the money, hear people speaking whilst lessening the very loud gunshots.I recommend getting a pair.

Excellent product , fits well and comfortable immediate cut out of noise

Fair for the money but I found a problem in as much that the don't completely shut down noise wise when a shot is taken. Turn the incoming speech down then the shot noise is quieter but not a complete shut off as with other ear defenders.

I have been unable to get to the range to test these fully, but my initial thoughts are that I am impressed.Currently I tend to use passive in ear protection, but I decided to give these a go due to the price and reviews. My thoughts so far are:They feel very well made and comfortable & they fitted both my partner (who has a very small head) any myselfThe active side is very good from my limited experience. I can clearly hear talking when switched on and I have not experienced any “buzzing” at low to mid-levels of volume.I tested the protection using firebird reactive targets (quite loud in an enclosed alleyway) with active sound both on and off. The reduction was at a level I was happy with, although if I was shooting indoors I would probably double up with my inner ear defenders also.I connected them to my phone to listen to music and although the quality was not top level, it was fine. I can’t see myself using this for my intended use, but while listening to music I could still hear people talking etc.. with no issues so I can see the benefit.When using safety glasses they did press against my head, but no more than any other external defenders I have used before.As I said, they have only been tested with minimal use so far but my initial thoughts are positive. Once I’ve have had the chance to use them more, I will post an update to my review.
