I bought these for dad that does CrossFit, Oly lifting and body building type exercises. He LOVED them. So much so, that when I went back home and lifted with him he made me used them to help correct some of my form. Needless to say I fell in love and bought some for myself. So yes, one size fits pretty great, although I have to have them tightened all the way! Love that both sides are rubberized so you can loop them over bars or just cup them depending on what’s comfortable for the specific workout you’re doing. They work great for pulling exercises/machines & for dead/weightlifting/free weights.

I can't tell how surprised, as I am not a crossfitter(not knocking it if you are), at how effective these grip's were. I have been trying different grips for a while looking for something more efficient and reliable than plane ol' "straps", and these are by far the best thing that I've found. Quick and easy to place, and SUPER effective when using. Perfect for deadlifting and lat pull downs when you do not wanna mess with the old school straps. They look great, without looking douchey! Highly recommended.

I disagree that these are "One Size Fits All". I am a 170lb, 5'7" athletic build female that has been lifting weights for years and these were WAY too big for me. Even at their smallest they were too large. Bummed!

Used them today for the first time and they are just as good as the more expensive version. Great deal and would definitely recommend... HOWEVER, the smell of rubber is seriously overwhelming. Had to Google how to get rid of the odor. It's much better, but the smell is still lingering. Hopefully it will continue to dissipate with time.

Fantastic!Previously I purchase a Versa Grips, I love them but it's time to get other pair but I wasn't ready to pay $60 for it. So I did my research and I find WOD wear grips and I thought I'll give it to try for $19!!!They came quick and absolutely identical to Versa G.I take new pair to the gym to try and they work perfect! Love it and plus I had super saving!! Thank you

For the price they’re good. If. Your contemplating replacing your versa grips pro with these, you will be disappointed. If your a very serious power lifter or weight trainer who relies heavily on these for support I suggest pay the extra money. For me They are ok as I don’t lift heavy anymore.They do not contour like the versa grips and they are not as tacky.

totally worth the investment. wayyyyyy better than the straps ive been using and it grips way tighter. I've only had it for about a month or so but seems like it'll last basically forever. Its very durable. If I lose these straps somewhere in the gym, I will be super mad at first but i will def buy these again.

Recently purchased these to replace my traditional wrist straps. The straps would cut off circulation to my wrist. After using these for a few days I've been extremely satisfied with my purchase. Amazing grip and no wrist pain! Great quality! Love these!
