Works Oddly Well
I hate the name of this brand and almost didn't buy this cleaner because the name is off-putting, immature, and nearly profane. The cleaning chemical itself is surprisingly good. It readily cleans up all kinds of debris or other things on the bicycle. Mine routinely gets covered in dust & mud. I also had some stickers on the frame I removed and this cleaner cleaned both the dirt and the sticky sticker residue rapidly, without marring the bicycle's finish. The cleaner also doesn't leave a residue. This cleaner worked better than other household cleaners I've tried for similar cleaning tasks. Too bad their marketing department is staffed by immature marketing professionals, because if I were in a store, and there were two competing products, and I didn't know which was rated more highly, I would not have chosen this product.

Best I’ve used
By far the best cleaner I’ve used. It’s not the miracle touchless cleaner but it does a great job!

Did not include spray mechanism!
I purchased from Amazon and the bottle came with no spray mechanism. The product itself is great, but Amazon messed up by not including the spray nozzle and tube.

Works Great but a Bit Pricey
This product handles cleanup of my road bike after rainy weather, as well as my gravel bike after dusty rides well. My only complaint is that it is a bit pricey.

Works as advertised
This makes quick work of dirt and grime on my Triumph Bonneville. Spray it on, wait a few moments, and rinse.

Did NOTHING dish detergeant can't do!
Before purchasing Muc-Off, I had read so many great reviews about this product removing grease, grime and dirt. But it literally did nothing anything Dawn liquid dish detergent can't do for a fraction of the price. I was hoping it would remove the grease/oil buildup on my road bike's cassette, chain, derailleur and big ring. But despite following the directions exactly and using a bike chain scrub tool, everything was still gunked up on all those components and even the bike frame didn't come clean. If you really, really want to clean your drive train, buy something stronger everywhere. So if you really, really want to clean the chain and cassette, use Gunk engine cleaner SPARINGLY and keep it away from the bottom bracket. And rinse and wipe it down immediately afterward, then lubricate everything thoroughly. Yea, I know you roadie mechanics say Gunk is to harsh but I've been using it for years on high-end bikes and if you're careful applying it, rinse, wipe down and lubricate properly afterward, you'll be OK. And it will be A LOT cheaper than this over-priced dish soap.

I’ve been using Muc-Off Nano-Tech Bike Cleaner for years now, and the 1-litre bottle continues to be a staple in my bike maintenance routine. Whether you’re a weekend trail rider, daily commuter, or road cyclist, this product is simply one of the most effective and convenient ways to keep your bike looking and performing its best. First off, the packaging is great. The 1-litre spray bottle is durable and comes with a high-quality trigger spray that dispenses the cleaner evenly. The ergonomics are spot on — easy to hold, and the nozzle doesn’t clog, even after multiple uses. It also has a handy “on/off” switch, which prevents leaks if you’re storing or transporting it. What really sets this cleaner apart is the Nano-Tech formula. It’s a pink fluid that works by breaking down dirt, oil, and grime at a microscopic level, but without damaging your bike’s components or finish. I’ve used it on carbon, aluminium, steel, and matte paint finishes, and it hasn’t discoloured or harmed any of them — it’s fully biodegradable and safe on seals, cables, rotors, and brake pads. Application is effortless. You simply rinse your bike, spray on the Nano-Tech cleaner liberally, let it sit for 3–5 minutes (longer if your bike is particularly filthy), and then rinse it off. Most of the muck just falls away with minimal scrubbing. For stubborn areas like the drivetrain or bottom bracket, a quick brush with a soft tool is enough. It’s particularly good at cutting through that winter road grime or trail mud build-up. After a wet ride through the woods or a gritty city commute, this stuff restores the bike to showroom condition in no time. The scent is pleasant too — clean and slightly fruity, not harsh or chemical. That might not matter to everyone, but it makes the whole process more enjoyable compared to some other harsh-smelling degreasers. The 1-litre bottle lasts longer than you’d think, especially if you’re not drenching the entire bike each time. I tend to use it once every week or two during winter, or less frequently in dry seasons, and one bottle easily lasts a couple of months. If I had to suggest anything, it would be to offer a refill pouch to cut down on plastic waste — but they do sell larger refill options separately, which helps reduce cost and packaging. Overall, Muc-Off Nano-Tech Bike Cleaner is one of those rare products that actually lives up to the hype. Powerful, safe, eco-friendly, and incredibly effective. Highly recommended for any bike owner!
