I love how big this chair is, it really hugs me nice. I like being able to really open it up by leaning back and pulling out the foot rest to relax and watch movies. Only issue is it occasionally wants to flip over forward if you sit too close to the edge of the seat.

I bought this after reading semi decent reviews and seeing that it has a weight capacity of 300lbs as I'm a bigger guy (265lbs). This is not comfortable for a bigger person. The sides of the chair by the armrests protrude upward and start to dig into the back of your thighs after 20 mins of sitting. Also, the plastic "heavy duty chair base" broke after 2 months. I was leaning forward in the chair to pick up something off the floor, but that should not have put enough stress on the chair to snap the base in two. Should have read "weight capacity of 300lbs so long as you sit straight up in the chair at all times".

The chair is nice and comfortable lumbar massaging pad is awesome...... I wish the arm rests would fold out of the way I had to remove them because I play guitar at my desk and they just get in the way

when i got this chair it was a nice chair but after a couple of mounts of me sitting in it at my computer doing work its starting to fall apart the back gave out and is now sitting at an odd angle the arm broke off the metal is weak it looks good when you first get it but over time it stars to brake down fast i would not buy this product again

Not as sturdy as I would like. Even after double tightening everything.

i have this chair for about three months now ,the first issue i have is when i was done setting it up the side pieces did not fix. The next issue was the next day the leg rest broke on me it was hold up by some cheap plastic and now the arm rest bending to the sides , hoping it will ATLEAST last me a year so it dont feel like i wasted money

We haven't set in in much yet, but all works and leg rest is great...

Contrary to other reviews, I found assembly very difficult (I could never get the plastic protective covers to "snap in place"). Instructions for most steps were at best unclear and required my intuitive skills (not much to begin with) to figure out what went where. Once assembled, the chair seemed "cheap": armrests wobbled even after tightening the screws and the armrests themselves were too short, not long enough on which to rest a joystick or trackball. Footrest was much too short, seemed wobbly, and there was nothing (at least in the instructions) to secure it to the chair and keep it from being pulled completely out. Definitely not a chair for a gamer.
