Perfect replacement

Because of this product, I am no longer the destroyer of IPhones! No more glass repair. No damaged phone. I replaced my two year old battered case recently. I don’t know how many times I thought I had a final drop, but the armor always held like “Star Trek” deflector shields.I only gave it less than five stars because it’s not waterproof and I’ve had to break it down and dry it with a tissue every now and then. Heck, after that final drop, it was definitely not offering much water protection. I haven’t had to dry it after these first couple of weeks so I’ll try to monitor over the year ahead if it’s because of wear and tear, or because of regular contact with a significant amount of dripping wet fingers.

A little wear on the screen cover and a cracked case but the phone is still spotless after 4 years. Here to purchase my second if I can still get one.

More of a 3.5 rating than a 4 star rating. Overall it's a great case that's lasted me a year. I've dropped my phone a few times without damage. The plastic screen protector isn't very good, though. It looks fine at first but even with cleaning it became worse and worse in appearance and feel. It takes on a faint "grid" look that is noticeable enough while using the phone and when turned off, and it feels terrible to touch. After prolonged use it starts to hurt due to friction. This may not be the case (ha) for everyone, but it's been my experience.I ended up removing the screen protector (which was a chore but doable if you're thinking about doing it yourself) a month ago and all seemed well at first, but I soon noticed the back piece kept popping up no matter what and was even worse with my popsocket. I've seen other reviews that mentioned the back piece refusing to stay snapped in place but most seem to say that it was from the moment they bought it. I wasn't sure whether my issue was because I removed the protector, or because I removed the case for the first time since first putting it on my phone and it just doesn't go back the same. Either way I decided to try my luck and buy another case and had the issue with the back popping up again (note that with my first case it snapped perfectly the first time I put it on).I feel like the construction is variable. Maybe some of the issues were my fault, I'm not entirely sure (and I'm not about to keep buying cases to test it). This still seems like one of the better cases, so if you want to try your luck with the back and are fine with the plastic screen "protector" then I'd still recommend it.Also note that some glass protectors might work with this case, but the glass protectors that fit edge to edge will most likely not work. Mine kept popping up when I put the frame on and creating air bubbles.

I just got this yesterday, so I may need to update. I got the purple one, and it’s very pretty. Not as cool as my previous case from a different company, but pretty and very slim. Right off the bat, I had the problem many mentioned- hard to put together quickly. Once I got it together, it’s a super tight fit. If you have carpal tunnel syndrome, get help putting it together.I’ve dropped my phone twice already and seems to have taken it pretty well. The best part is I can use it on a wireless charger. My last case was great, but I had to take the thicker part off to use it, and I wound up losing that part because I had to keep taking it apart. Because I can’t use a regular cord due to some damage in the charge port, I need a wireless charger, so that’s a big thing for me.The bad part is it’s so hard to type with this screen cover that my hands are almost completely numb. I use a privacy screen protector on the glass, so I don’t really need this screen protector, and maybe that’s part why it’s so hard to get a response on the keyboard. It seems to have a lot of bubbles under the screen exactly where the keyboard is, so later, when my hands are doing better, I’ll see if I can fix that. I’ll try to update.UPDATE: Very slim, and I have to admit that’s more of a ‘plus’ than I realized after having bulky cases. Make sure to put the rubberized part on from the bottom up. Once I got the case together properly, it hasn’t been a problem to put it back on as needed. The case is durable, and I’ve dropped my poor phone more than enough times to test that.I wound up doing what others have suggested in their reviews, and removed the screen protector. It was nearly impossible to get a response on the screen, and since I have a good screen protector on it, it’s unnecessary. Unfortunately, even in the short amount of time their screen protector was on my phone, so much moisture collected under my privacy screen protector that I had to remove it.The screen protector is the only problem with this case. My phone charges fine right through the case on wireless chargers, and I have 5, so it’s been well tested! Upgrading to 4 stars. Not giving it 5 because of the grief that screen protector causes.

Received this case for my phone just a couple of days ago. Lovely snug fit, and super responsive to texting etc. I’ve had a similar (different make) full body case for a couple of years which I was really pleased with but it had got so scratched and started getting a lot of dust underneath the screen protector so thought it time for a new case. I looked at lots of different ones and read loads of reviews before deciding that this was the one. So far I am really happy with my purchase. I think it will protect the screen getting cracked when (not if) I drop it because the case is slightly higher than the screen so will stop the screen coming into contact with the ground. I’ve tested the camera and that still produces crystal clear pictures and have made and received phone calls which have also been clear.It feels like it will last a long time.

The case is lovely and fits my iPhone 8 Plus perfectly. However.. I’m not sure about the screen protector it does seem a bit flimsy. I had a tempered glass one before. Also it does Mark very easily with finger prints. I think for the price it could be better.

Looks great, feels great, feels sturdy, however dropped phone as soon as I finished applying cover on my phone, picked the phone up and the screen has shattered. Not durable at all. Alternative cheaper versions are more protective.

Good sturdy case for my I phone. Sits in my overalls pocket 10 hours a day every day. The clip on back plate helps to stiffen up the shock absorption of the rubber.Easy and quick to assemble, the last one lasted me 2 years, so excellent value for money.

Easy to fit, seems to offer a lot of protection. It is a bit chunky, but hopefully that means will protect the phone well.
