Just what I needed to make my grandmother’s ravioli recipe!Perfect size!

First off let me say that I do believe it is a quality piece. Sturdy frame and wooden handle. I have owned different presses in the past and it is of equal quality. Delivery was lightning quick. I received it in one business day with standard shipping. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because I thought the measurements are misleading. It is advertised as a 3in by 3in ravioli press. Most people think these measurements would refer to length and width. However the outside measurements of the frame are 2 3/4in by 2 3/4 inches. So when you factor the frame your actual ravioli will be a little bit bigger than a 2in by 2in. The tag itself states it is a 70mm by 70mm. Which definitely does not come out to 3 inches. Technically if you measure diagonally it is almost 3inches. Other than that it is a fine product.

We tried using this but unless you put all of your weight on it it barely cut. We returned and purchased something else.

5 Stars With A *Caveat: I give it 5 stars because it seals very well. The *Caveat is this: I believe it could be sharper to allow the dough to be cut easier.(To be fair, however, I am going to try other dough recipes to see if this makes any difference in this stamp's cutting ability. My standard ravioli dough does not cut cleanly without pressing extremely hard... and wiggling the stamp to free the stamped-out ravioli from the dough proper. A hit or miss situation that I feel makes the ravioli process somewhat more difficult than need be.)Would be interested to know how it turned out for the person who said they were going to try to use a file to correct this. Perhaps this would disturb the sealing ability? Don’t know… but would like to know.

Use to make Spanakopita by hand and took forever to ball up the individual pastries, but now with this I just roll out the dough, plop down the filling, put another layer of dough on top, press, and voila. Perfect pastries. Sure they're in the shape of a ravioli, but it's a cute shape and everybody adores them. If it saves me a lot of time in the kitchen, doesn't take up space and is easy to use, it's a full thumbs up from me.

Very well build ravioli stamp. It works well with ravioli filled with soft items, but not with harder items like pepperoni, as the stamp does not have a sharp cutting edge. I was trying to make pizza snacks and the stamp would not cut through the mini pepperonis.

I wanted to buy a ravioli cutter that was made in Italy. This one is super sturdy. During COVID I learned how to make pasta, bought a pasta machine (on Amazon) and last weekend made ravioli. Yum!

This works much better than the "Pasta Maker - Ravioli Attatchment" thing. My kids can totally handle this & they had a lot of fun! My only thing is that I didn't feel like it made a very good/thick seal so we still smushed down the edges more with our fingers after peeling away the extra dough; turned out great.

Not the best cutter out there!!!Aggressively had to shake the stamp to cut through the pasta. Pushing extremely hard wasn't the best solution either.For speed and efficiency this fails in my booksVery small

This is ok as long ad you are using think pasta. If you are trying to cut thin pasta, I found it didn't cut through all areas so when trying to detach the excess pasta, it just stretched and split in the wrong places. It wasn't the end fo the world, but I had to be more careful than normal

Fab product, some rav cutters are too small, this one is perfect, would recommend it

Delivery was fast and very specific on delivery time (through a service called DPD). The item is exactly what I needed and works very well.
